Took the Wednesday evening BLS Provider in person course with Alexandria. She's was amazing. Explained everything super simple and took multiple turns to practice our skills. Answered all our questions and even cracked a joke here or there. They provide an evening course once a week which is nice for us working folks. I also emailed them the night before to confirm and compare class courses and I received a swift response. Would absolutely recommend this place for any COR / First Aid BLS , ACLS needs. Will be coming back to renew my certification here . 10/10 read more

It's really more of a 3.5 stars. All I have to say is: do the learning portion online and then come in to do the practical stuff. This was way too long and boring from 10am to 2pm, 80% is watching videos and 20% is hands on practice which was cool and obviously really useful for lifesaving skills like CPR, first aid, what to do in an overdose situation etc. The guy who taught the class has obviously done this a thousand times and it was obvious he was bored of the material as he was not animated at all or even remotely engaging. But he knew the stuff and answered our questions. They give you a certificate at the end, but again: do the short version in class because you can watch the videos at home. read more

Dan is an amazing instructor and would definitely recommend for others to come to this class, step-by-step instructions and roll play observation so that no test is required at the end. Instruction is definitely up to the minute for lunch and up to the minute for dismissal. 10 to 230 was mine today. Mines was for foster care/adoption purposes where is most word for employment. read more

Took the blended Adult/Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid class this morning. As a teacher I have taken these type of classes over 25 years. I have to say Frontline is the best place to go. It's very easy to register for a class. The staff are very nice and friendly. The instructor Jeff is amazing. He keeps things moving. Very interactive. The time flies by. This class was great. . Its easy to get to - its just a few steps from all times square transit subway lines. Near "the garden" "theater district" "penn station" and "PA Terminal". The instructor - for the AHA BLS class was highly detailed and with clear presentation on aha content instruction along with high rescuer training skill energy . This class was easy to follow along with , easy to schedule and the price was affordable. I am grateful for this instruction and glad i took the class here. I have a special stake in re-learning and certifying cpr rescue skills - i am a 2016 sudden cardiac arrest survivor who was rescued and survives from at home bystander cpr. Laura was a great instructor, she made sure to spend 1:1 time with each of us to ensure we understood the proper technique. I learned vital information and Laura made it fun! I highly recommend the Frontline Health CPR/AED Adult and Pediatric class, this is essential life-skills knowledge for everyone! I took the Heartsaver CPR/AED Adult Child and Infant Certification Course and it was very well-organized with all of the information you need without bombarding you with the extra fluff! Leslie was a great instructor and the 10am-1pm course went by quickly. I highly recommend Frontline Health. I found them via Google as I needed to get certified for my personal training license. The website is user friendly and the course is fairly priced compared to some of the other ones in the city. The classroom was well-lit with windows and set-up nicely with a large TV. We each had our own station with necessary equipment to pass the course. The location is easy to get to as well. They offer a First Aid course as well which I will definitely go back to take soon! read more

I took the CPR and First Aid course with Frontline Health with Troy. The mannequins and other training materials used to practice what was taught in the course material is clean and in good condition. The classroom is spacious and also clean. The course material is to the point and easy to follow. Troy was knowledgeable, made sure we were able to follow and perform what was taught (and pointed out what we needed to improve and how to improve it), and made the course enjoyable. It wasn't my first time taking a CPR/First Aid class but it was the first time I walked out of the classroom with full confidence that I can perform CPR/First Aid properly. Excellent experience. I found Frontline via the Red Cross website. Troy was such an amazing instructor for the CPR FIRST AID training. You can tell he is happy to teach others with good energy. The establishment was clean, well maintained, organized, and just happened to offer free coffee (if you enjoy tea, perhaps bring your own tea bags). The only complaint that I had was the type of paper the certificate is printed on. I know you can go on the web and re print or make copies. Nonetheless, I felt like we should have had a better certificate. read more

Frontline Health is about as professional as you can hope for. We had Shane come to our apartment to teach the Family First Aid/CPR Party to my parents and brothers/sisters in anticipation of a new baby. What terrific value! Not only did he have a very well-thought out program which incorporated lecture, hands-on, and video studies of all the important family first aid topics, but was well prepared with fact-based answers to just about any question a new family could possibly be worried about. This course is "a must" for new grandparents, uncles, aunts, and new parents. Shane teaches knowledge that you hope you never need to use, but will be happy if you ever do. I honestly felt the class was more of a 3 star and not a 5-star. Although instructor Jeffrey's class I took today on 10/05/24 appeared to be at first engaging and respectful... except until the very end of class, that's when he started to be less professional and began pointing his index finger at the students (most of us were Asian) while he was questioning us on whether we were first-timers. I honestly felt that was inappropriate; he should of stuck to using his Disney point or palm gesture if he wanted to pick on a student. I also didn't feel comfortable when he pointed his index finger at my face during exam feedback. That I felt was pretty rude and unprofessional, it's not his place to reprimand customers. read more

Great BLS class. Margaret covered every detail that I didn't have any questions. My mistakes were corrected constructively. If a situation comes my way where first aid is needed as a school nurse I feel so much more confident overall. Some of the mannequins may be a little faulty when it comes to chest rise but that also could have been me working on positioning and sealing the mask properly. Shane came to our Manhattan office and not only provided an outstanding presentation, but also added personal context to first-aid. She's pretty young, so it's the first time she's ever taken a one-day course of any kind. It's a pretty long day, 9am - 4pm, and yet, she says it went by quickly. At about noon, the instructors took the kids to a pizza place just down the block. I spoke with a few of the workers from Aquatic Solutions, and they're really good, well-meaning employees. I wasn't sure what to expect from a babysitting class, but my daughter is even more enthused than she was before it, so I'm happy. Money very well spent. Now if she'd only stop blabbing about all of these babysitting techniques and stuff, maybe I could get some work done!

Now I signed up for classes a partial payment plan of $680 gone to waste and it's non refundable don't waste your time they only want your money and don't care for which students join. Then they'll tell you you knew the classes were nonrefundable unbelievable.
