The other ones were long and boring. This is my 3rd training with Frontline and I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else. They pack so much information in a short period of time. Took the Wednesday evening BLS Provider in person course with Alexandria. She's was amazing. Explained everything super simple and took multiple turns to practice our skills. Answered all our questions and even cracked a joke here or there. They provide an evening course once a week which is nice for us working folks. I also emailed them the night before to confirm and compare class courses and I received a swift response. Would absolutely recommend this place for any COR / First Aid BLS , ACLS needs. It's really more of a 3.5 stars. All I have to say is: do the learning portion online and then come in to do the practical stuff. This was way too long and boring from 10am to 2pm, 80% is watching videos and 20% is hands on practice which was cool and obviously really useful for lifesaving skills like CPR, first aid, what to do in an overdose situation etc. The guy who taught the class has obviously done this a thousand times and it was obvious he was bored of the material as he was not animated at all or even remotely engaging. But he knew the stuff and answered our questions. They give you a certificate at the end, but again: do the short version in class because you can watch the videos at home. read more

Dan is an amazing instructor and would definitely recommend for others to come to this class, step-by-step instructions and roll play observation so that no test is required at the end. Instruction is definitely up to the minute for lunch and up to the minute for dismissal. 10 to 230 was mine today. The instructor - for the AHA BLS class was highly detailed and with clear presentation on aha content instruction along with high rescuer training skill energy . Leslie was a great instructor and the 10am-1pm course went by quickly. I highly recommend Frontline Health. I found them via Google as I needed to get certified for my personal training license. The website is user friendly and the course is fairly priced compared to some of the other ones in the city. The classroom was well-lit with windows and set-up nicely with a large TV. We each had our own station with necessary equipment to pass the course. The location is easy to get to as well. Excellent experience. I found Frontline via the Red Cross website. Troy was such an amazing instructor for the CPR FIRST AID training. You can tell he is happy to teach others with good energy. The establishment was clean, well maintained, organized, and just happened to offer free coffee (if you enjoy tea, perhaps bring your own tea bags). The only complaint that I had was the type of paper the certificate is printed on. I know you can go on the web and re print or make copies. Nonetheless, I felt like we should have had a better certificate. read more
