I asked for it pink, and it came closer to well done, but it was so tender and well flavored that I didnt mind. The eggs benedict was also very good, the sauce homemade and the ham thick cut. The corned beef has was my least favorite, it was comparably dry. One of the owners was the only employee working outside the kitchen and she was very friendly. I had driven over 100 miles from UP (Upper Peninsula) Michigan ski hill where multiple lift towers had "Chip's Hamburgers" decals high on chairlift towers.
