Really fast and efficient to get here. The job was completed quickly and no mess was made. Would recommend them and will use them again.

Had an extremely unpleasant experience with this company. Found them on Checkatrade, where they…read morehave great reviews, but since seeing the Watchdog episode on that site I am no longer surprised to find the service was not at all what the reviews promised. This company clearly works VERY hard on their PR. Asked them to do a number of small jobs for me, they spent far too long and failed to fix most of my problems. When I complained they verbally agreed to reduce the time billed but then did not honour this. They did a botched job on the toilet cistern and had my family not been able to fix it, I would have been without a flushing toilet for weeks. When I refused to pay the exorbitant amount they wanted to charge, they harrassed me for months with threats of court action, before finally filing a claim. In the end I gave in and settled as I was losing sleep over it. As the previous user said, DO NOT use them if you value your money and your sanity!

Then got a invoice in for fixing what they broke and it was going to cost me almost £200 on top of what I had paid for the service. They say they are all about customer service yet I am still waiting over 30 days later to hear back from them. DO NOT use this company they are unprofessional and wouldn't know customer service if it jumped up and bit them on the nose

Thankfully plumbing doesn't go wrong very often but when it does it is the most traumatic thing…read moreever. I have been decorating my bathroom recently, stood on the toilet seat to paint the ceiling and oops - broke the connection from the toilet to the main pipe. So there I am on my own, lying in the toilet with my thumb stuck up a pipe stopping water from free flowing all over the floor of my first floor flat !! Traumatic !! That is when you need the help of a professional, reliable, well priced plumber - enter My Plumber Ltd. With a team of well trained, qualified and experienced plumbers, they are ideal for emergencies, new installations, dripping taps, installing showers, washing machines and the servicing and flushing of existing boilers and installations. A very professional set up...but it will cost you. I called…read morethese guys out for a replacement of the pipes under my kitchen sink. I also wanted to get an estimate for the cost of a few bits and bobs around the house as they have a handyman service. The plumber was very professional and had a keen eye for the source of a leak under my kitchen sink. He also commented that they dodgy way the developer had set up the pipe work was very cheap which was very true. He carefully replaced the pipework putting in an extra trap on our vegetable sink. The work was completed to a high standard and looked very sturdy. He charged me for two full hours of work though technically he was only working for 1.5 hours and then looking around for another 15 min in regards to the estimate. At £70/hr that really adds up. All in all it cost me £200 which is pretty expensive to replace about 5 pieces of pipe. The handyman service was no cheaper. I wanted some grouting redone in my bathroom and a few tiles to be repaired. The office told me they could send out "the tile guy" to give an estimate. For something that should be fairly straight forward this seemed like a cumbersome step. I explained to the woman in the office that I was just looking for something simple and if it required something involved I would rather wait. She said most jobs were charged at a daily rate of £200 or if it was a simpler job the hourly rate was £70/hr - same as the plumber.
