I had a check refund made to my name and my business name and they refused to allow me to deposit it to my account. it was for $37.00. I showed them my I'd and my business card as I have three accounts here. they declined to let me make the deposit!! Recently I received a call from the banks fraud department stating they detected fraudulent charges on my debit made in Mexico. I confirmed that it wasn't me. this was in November for four different charges totaling $25. I was told they card would be stopped and cancelled and that a new card would be issued. the new card never came and I just discovered the fraudulent charges were never reversed on my . so I called the branch and explained and was told by the same manager via a teller that they couldn't or wouldn't reverse the fraud charges because it was more than two months. . WTAF? now I'm arguing again with the same manager over a $25 fraudulent charge they refuse to credit my account. I'm moving my money to say the least. I have three accounts and a safe deposit box Disgusting.

When you walk into the lobby, there is a Keurig machine, a nice touch I suppose if you think you're going to be there a while. Me? I hope to be in and out as quick as possible. The new set up has automated bill and coin machines that the tellers are using, maybe this is the wave of the future. A tellerless personalityless future. The usual teller at the old location wasn't there. I hope she was just off, she's really nice. Time will tell. The new location has far less parking as it is in a very busy strip mall, unlike the almost barren wasteland it used to be located in. I think I'll stick to going up to the Roseville branch as much as possible, since it is a teeny bit closer to my office. Again, time will tell.

She told me that not only did she not have any of my information, but somehow didn't even have my email address on file. SO strange. I was never even provided any of my account information and I've been trying to get online access for the last 2 weeks for my business account. I finally connected with a regional manager by the name if Steve who said he would call me on Monday and help me fix everything and take care of me. I've now been calling and leaving him messages for the last two weeks trying to get this resolved and no call back. This is the worst bank on the face of the planet. I've had better service at big banks and never had a banker go behind my back and set up my online info. Most banks even provide you with bank accounts but this bank can't seem to even do that. Also they will not allow any online purchases to go through and you end up having to call customer service for pretty much everything. The people are incredibly rude and incompetent both in person and on the phone. I've had them accidentally over draw my account for a mistake on their end and then freeze my account for weeks on end while they figure it out. There was another issue where I could not pay my rent with my account without calling and explaining the situation every single month. I could probably post my card on the internet and it wouldn't even be an issue because I guarantee someone would pretty much be unable to use this card.
