In the past this company refused to sign the check my insurance sent to repair hail damage on my vehicle. The Denison branch manager agreed to sign it on the condition that the money went towards to balance of the vehicle loan instead of repairs. This company does not care about their customers or transparency.

He's also uniquely familiar with clergy taxes, which as fellow ministry families have recognized can be complicated in a different manner.
