There is no real "good time" to come and even if the waiting area is empty, you will still wait. Never a quick 15 min lunch hour turn around. If you come here on your lunch break, you'll be late returning to work. The initial registration process tends to be really slow. Once you are registered, the wait for a phlebotomist is rather quick. The phlebotomists are rather skilled and the process is quick & efficient. Once you are called back, there is no wait. You are addressed immediately. I would suggest that they hire a stationary person for the front who can streamline the efficiency of the registration process so it'll lesson someone's time there. Unless busy, you should be able to be in and out here in 20 mins or less.

I had to take my mom here because when we went to another well known laboratory to have her tests done from a written script from the doctor, the lab didn't complete / do all of the tests requested. That was not good as it's already like fighting a hungry bear to get my mom to go get anything medical done, so when I was told this Quest Diagnostics lab location was in the same building as the doctor's office, it was a god send because I could kill two birds w/ one stone while visiting the doctor. This way, my mom wouldn't be as upset about having to go to two locations, again. In addition, the lab technician @ this Quest Diagnostics location was super nice and patient with my mom (who at this point was especially cantankerous because she had been fasting in order to do her labs). Unlike the other lab who didn't do the tests as requested, Chanel (I believe that was her name) from Quest Diagnostics at this location was really nice and ensured she had all of the vials verified for submission and everything was completed. At this time, Chanel was taking walk-ins. I don't know if that was because we came from an office in the same medical building and can't say if this will be ongoing as the location gets more established, but it was very helpful.

The staff has always been very professional to me. Very fast check-in. Go back to the internal waiting room for just a few minutes (often go straight to a chair for the bloodletting). They take my blood. And I go. In 5-6 years coming here I've never had any issues. Calling there beforehand to ensure that they've received my doctor's lab prescription (when I feel it is necessary) does entail a good 10-15 minutes of navigating their menus and being on hold, but when they do pop on the line they are friendly and fast. They take walk ins but I highly recommend making an appointment so you won't have to wait. I have an online account so made my appointment there. The check in process is done on a tablet right by the front counter. All you have to do is put your phone number in then scan your drivers license and insurance card. After checking in I only had to wait two minutes then I was taken into the back to have my blood drawn, the phlebotomist was professional and friendly. She completed the process painlessly. The whole time I spent in the office was less than 10 minutes. Great experience that's why I will continue to come back.
