From the check in receptionist, to the nurses, to the doctors, I always have a pleasant experience here. The wait time is not that long (usually) and if it is they'll let you know. I actually received a letter once when everyone was sick around flu season and the letter was apologizing for the wait I had. I would highly recommend coming here for urgent care. They also have prescriptions that you can get at the location, so you don't have to go to your local pharmacy in two hours! I absolutely LOVE THAT! It's so convenient!

Then I called again and the person answering the phone said "you have to be here in person and show us your insurance card in order for us to verify" OK I took the bait as I needed the care At the front desk, they took a copy of the insurance card and said yes, they accept my insurance. Fast forward a few weeks no claims were made so I called the clinic to check They asked me to call the billing department. The billing department said that I do have a patient with them, but there is no record of me ever being treated, set, they will write a note on the record, and ask the clinic to update. Fast forward a week I called the billing department and they said they were no updates to my record. I called the clinic again, and asked if there is anything that they need from me to complete the billing paperwork. The lady who interacted with me over the phone, said that she has updated the records, and it should be sufficient for the billing department to process. I asked if it's done in real time and she said yes I called the billing department and they say nothing has changed. I am beginning to sense shady practice here. Is there any sinister incentive for them to get delay billing or is it just sheer Lack of professional discipline. After having my vitals taken, I brought back to an exam room. The practitioner was behind schedule and came in 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Despite the delay, I was very pleased with the practitioner. She was patient and and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed. She even took the time to look up my records as we were trying to determine what prescription I had taken previously for the same symptoms I am experiencing. Overall, I would definitely return if I needed immediate medical attention.

It does not matter if you send emails or messages through their patient portal -- you simply do not get answers. I reached out multiple times and was ignored. Because they failed to follow up with me, I was forced to book an entire medical appointment and pay a copay just to get information I should have received by email. I wasted both my time and my money. It is now January 13 and I am still without the medication I need and still without a proper reply. This is unacceptable and irresponsible patient management. Healthcare providers should not leave patients in the dark, especially when medications are involved. I will absolutely be going elsewhere.
