They make a LOT of mistakes. In addition, different divisions/floors don't keep in contact with each other, leading to constant confusion. You can be dealing with two doctors, different specialties, who do not talk about the patient's needs. Some of the nurses are excellent, but they disappear for long periods. Sometimes you'll have eight visible nurses, then suddenly NOBODY. They allow alarms to run endlessly - it's excruciating. Why don't they have a central nurses' station on EVERY floor - with somebody always there? The cafeteria is adequate, at best. I stuck to the lobby sandwich shop. The patient food is odd, and most seems very unhealthy, for a hospital. Stop providing difficult-to-eat food for old people, folks.

I have gone in tho their facility for a sprained ankle, cold, and second degree burns. Each time the nurse practitioner talks to me disrespectfully and as if I am stupid. I strongly recommend to not go to this Urgent Care! The last time I went with second degree burns I ended up having to leave without being treated. As there are many other Urgent Cares around, go to one that respects their patients and wants to help them!
