They make a LOT of mistakes. In addition, different divisions/floors don't keep in contact with each other, leading to constant confusion. You can be dealing with two doctors, different specialties, who do not talk about the patient's needs. Some of the nurses are excellent, but they disappear for long periods. Sometimes you'll have eight visible nurses, then suddenly NOBODY. They allow alarms to run endlessly - it's excruciating. Why don't they have a central nurses' station on EVERY floor - with somebody always there? The cafeteria is adequate, at best. I stuck to the lobby sandwich shop. The patient food is odd, and most seems very unhealthy, for a hospital. Stop providing difficult-to-eat food for old people, folks.

First off, I was more than upfront about my history with addiction and from the very beginning I made it very clear that I did not want any kind of opiate or mind altering drug. I had an abscess tooth and all I was asking for was proper antibiotics so the infection does not have the possibility of killing me. I feel like that's not asking for too much. But unfortunately I still had to deal with the insults, being made fun of and being belittled. Ballad Health should face a lawsuit dealing with their belittling.m, insulting, lack of care to those who were not lucky enough to make it to the lower middle class bracket. Ballad Health, you disgusted me.

I strongly recommend to not go to this Urgent Care! The last time I went with second degree burns I ended up having to leave without being treated. I'd expressed my concern of wanting to proceed until I'd consulted with a neurologist and I only used this office originally for the cheap next day X ray when no real doctors were able to get me in quickly. Turns out that because I did not agree to go forward and continue with my proposed treatment plan that what I was told and under the assumption was part of my "zero cost today consultation" was billed for $125 dollars. I called to pay my balance and express my concern that this felt like I was duped and I had to sign my agreement after the services were already done, though I did not actually want or need chiro work as I'm dealing with an AI issue and now moving out of state for treatment of that. Had I not been spoken to the way that Dr Michael just spoke to me I'd have paid my balance and gone on with my day but I feel that the attitude and blaming me for not understanding their procedure warranted writing this review. If you're not 100% certain you want or need to go forward with chiro work, be wary going forward with Integral wellness or you'll get yelled at for being confused by their procedure and have to pay anyway. Balance is paid, I wasn't seeking free work I couldn't afford, I wanted to explain my concern and was basically told "too bad, you got it wrong not us, now pay up" I hope you're extra $125 dollars is worth this 1* review.

We have a plan and are going to work that plan so I can feel even better. My husband has been seeing Dr Michael for nearly a year and his health has improved drastically! I never imagined he would feel this good. His neuropathy is gone. His diabetes is in hand. We can almost say it is completely reversed. Something his regular doctor said could never happen. Since this was my first visit the Doctor had to review my medical record while I completed a new patient data form. Even so, I didn't wait more than 10 minutes maximum before being called it to see the Doctor. In my experience I found her to be very intelligent, professional, polite, courteous, thoughtful and very thorough. I really liked the way that she listened to my concerns and actually appeared to care about my well being. Instead of being like so many doctors with the DICTATOR complex she actually explained things to me in a manner that I could easily understand them and she suggested a number of options for me to consider and choose. However, I must clarify that the Doctor was very professional and she did counsel me on my weight and the ramifications and dangers to my overall health and well being. But then she countered with very sensible and viable solutions so I can also say that she is well rounded :) t was a very pleasant doctor visit if there ever was one :) I would definitely recommend her to all of my family, friends, and colleges alike. This has been my worst experience yet with a gastro dr. I have been to many over the years and this…read moreone by far takes the cake. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional drs office! I went in desperate for some help and left so aggravated. They wouldn't schedule a colonoscopy/endoscopy together, they wouldn't tell me what my out of pocket would be for the procedures, they didn't even call to tell me what my blood results were after they were received. I had to send a separate email asking for those results to me mailed to my home. Leaving the office that day, I had a receipt showing a $0 balance and then received a letter in the mail for $50 balance. I wouldn't recommend this office at all! It had been nothing but a waste of a day off work and a waste of money! Even after all of that, I have been pointed out as the bad person this entire time. I was given a medication that "may not even help". Common sense says when you give something that may not work, you don't call in a 3 month supply of it. You call in a month and see if it works and then go from there. That said possibly working medication was $120 after insurance. This whole ordeal has been nothing but a money scam. Please do yourself a favor...and go elsewhere.
