This is the most disgraceful property management company to ever exist. You pay entirely too much and get ZERO assistance when you need it. This company tried to hi-jack our whole community and our HOA Board. All of our residents felt like they were getting treated like prisoners in our own community. NO answers to emails, phone calls, requests to improve go totally unanswered. This only the beginning. If you want your neighborhood destroyed and ran into the gutter, thenI this is your place. If you want proper management from an honest company that cares, look elsewhere. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Awful! Just bs over and over. My old fence fall down, I can not get an approval for several months. This people don't have anything to do but to waist other people's time. Disgusting awful experience. It is not 1 star, it is minus 1000 starts. I am telling them over and over that we are not safe without fence, they don't care at all!! They don't care about safety of people. Just disgusting and stupid. Very extremely disappointed. I was calling them, emailing them over and over. They just lie, "we escalate your request " - I heard it thousands times and nothing is done! Fire this awful people, they should work with people at all. read more

If you would like poor management that comes along with 0 training on how to deal with floods and perpetuating lies that follow, feel free to hire them. Although the unit across the hall had a bursting pipe and the water wasn't turned off for an hour+, FirstService is currently lying about the timing. They claim they shut off the water in minutes and are attempting to gas light the homeowners who actually experienced and witnessed otherwise. 0/10 would recommend. read more

I tried calling, emailing, leaving voicemails and no one has ever got back to me. I cannot believe your company runs like this. My client is going out of town tomorrow and we are waiting on the approval paperwork and no one is reaching back to me. I would stay away or run away from them. With the exception of the property manager the administrators, bookkeepers and executive staff really do not has any passion for what they do. We just ended our relationship with them and before we knew it they were approving invoices to pay themselves without board approval. We are in the middle of trying to get $2800 worth of operating funds returned that went to employees that had left 30+ days before the end of our contract, which they billed us for. They would not return calls. Truly a very dishonest company, at least on a local level! read more

Run away as fast as you can. Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life! Calling customer service gets you no where!! The number they had for the property manager was "no longer in service". I tried for months to settle a billing dispute through calls and emails. Not one person even acknowledged my attempts. One of the highest HOA fees in my development and yet worst customer service. I will NEVER buy a property again if this company manages them. To top it all off, when I did sell, guess what held up the closing? That's right, First Service Residential. read more

If your looking for a management company and you have less than 50 Units I would move on. They do not care about small communities. If fact we just left them and found out they have issued invoices to pay themselves for services that were not preformed and did it without Board Approval!! I am still waiting on these funds to be returned to our community. read more
