I immediately brought it to their attention and the sales representative said he would speak to his General Manager. The General Manager was unwilling to rectify the situation even though I had proof (screenshot) showing that they misrepresented the item listed on their website. Such horrible customer service. I will never do business with them again for their deceptive and unprofessional business practices. Buyer beware!

I was going to haul my own purchase. Upon receiving my purchase out back on their loading dock in the alley, the mattress looked thin and half the thickness of the floor model matrress I purchased. Sure enough it was a thinner mattress the staff tried to sell me at the "plusher" mattress cost!! On a time crunch, I just accepted the reimbursement of the difference $53. Now that Ive slept on it, its sunday, the store is closed, i feel i paid too much for the mattress I settled for! ...I am not happy with my purchase! So beware!
