It was like a four-course tasting menu for two. Our selection consisted of the Hariri; Chicoree Orangen Salat; Gerostteter Blumenkohl; and Schweinebauch, Wilder Brokkoli, Kkarttooffel Wasabi Puree. The Harira arrived. It was a small bowl of Moroccan soup with a mixture of small pieces of vegetables in a delicious broth. The Orange Salad with endive lettuce was perfect with a nice topping of pecorino cheese. The third tasting of Roasted Cauliflower with a spicy sauce was delivered. Didn't know how I was going to like this dish because cauliflower is not one of my favorites. It was delicious. The last taste little dish arrived and it was another beauty - perfectly cooked pieces of pork belly with wasabi mashed potatoes with a bit of broccolini. Four excellent dished. The bouillabase was just the right amount of spicy with the Calabrian chiles, and it had huge pieces of 2 types of fish, giant prawns, oysters, clams, and shrimp. My partner liked the salmon and prawns in his pasta. Service was excellent, and the owners spoke German, Italian, English (and probably more languages given the region's proximity to multiple countries).
