It was a great offer, so I decided to give them a try. From the very beginning, Leo made the process quick and easy. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00 AM to the Hayward location and received a text just a few hours later letting me know it was ready for pickup. I went in with an open mind and honestly wasn't expecting too much because I didn't want to set my expectations too high and be disappointed. When Leo brought my vehicle out, he explained that I shouldn't roll the windows down for 3-5 days and that I should allow the tint about three weeks to fully cure. When I first got into my vehicle, the front windshield was very hazy and difficult to see through. Since I understood that the tint was still curing--and this wasn't my first time having windows tinted--I figured it was part of the process and that it would eventually clear up. After giving it a few days and allowing my vehicle to sit in the sun to help expedite the curing process, the windshield did eventually clear up. However, I noticed that there were wrinkles along the corners, and all of the windows--including the back windows--had noticeable pockets of air bubbles throughout the film. I explained my frustration to my husband, and he reached out to customer service on our behalf. Our concerns were then forwarded to management, and that's when Raniyah stepped in. I have to give Raniyah a HUGE amount of credit. She was incredibly pleasant, understanding, and genuinely determined to make things right. She explained that the tint was covered by a lifetime warranty and assured me that the windows would be corrected. She also made sure that my vehicle would be taken care of by a master tint technician. A couple of days ago, I returned to have the tint redone and was once again greeted by Leo. I showed him the issues, and he was surprised to see how many air bubble pockets were throughout the windows. He reassured me that the master tinter would take care of everything. I emphasized that I wanted them to take their time and do it right, and I came back to pick up my vehicle once the work was completed. And let me tell you... WOW! My tints look absolutely immaculate and beautifully done! The difference is incredible, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. A BIG thank you to the entire Jet Black Tints team for listening to my concerns, standing behind your work, and making the situation right. Everyone I interacted with was professional, pleasant, and helpful throughout the process. A special thank you to Raniyah and Leo for making what could have been a frustrating experience feel completely hassle-free and efficient. I brought my car in for PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint. What stood out right away was how thorough Armando was during the initial consultation. Before he even gave me a quote, he carefully inspected the car for any paint flaws and actually pointed out some imperfections I didn't even realize were there. Instead of just wrapping over them, he took the time to correct as much as he could before starting the PPF install. The quality of the work is top-tier. The PPF looks clean and precise, the ceramic coating has made cleaning the car ridiculously easy (water just slides right off), and the ceramic tint was done perfectly. Armando is real, transparent, and super easy to talk to. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, just honest advice and quality work. Called back in two and a half hours, all done and the Mini SUV looks beautiful. Nosh described the shade %s (meaning how much light is allowed in, higher number is lighter with more light coming in, lower number is darker with less light coming in), CA legal requirements, and what he would recommend. Three days of not rolling down the windows and 6-7 days for full curing. Stickers were also placed near the electric window switches reminding not to roll down for three days. Happy with the results.

I contacted the installer, and he told me to schedule an appointment because he could fix it. I took time out of my day to bring my car in, only to find out he wasn't even there. Mind you i drove two hours to get there because i used to live in the area and since then have moved. Also i have brought three of my cars here to give them business. Instead of honoring what I was told, another employee immediately started making excuses. She claimed the tint on my door was peeling because of my seat belt or my keys, and the tint on the back window was peeling because of the heat. Last time I checked, tint is supposed to withstand normal use and hot weather. If it can't handle a seat belt or summer temperatures, that's a workmanship issue--not a customer issue. She called the installer while I was standing there, and after being told he would fix it, they suddenly changed their story and decided they weren't going to honor their work because they somehow claimed it was my fault. The worst part wasn't even the peeling tint--it was the complete lack of accountability. They were quick to make excuses, refused to stand behind their work, and wasted my time by having me come in for an appointment they had no intention of honoring. If a business can't stand behind its own workmanship and treats customers this way, I can't recommend them to anyone.

Their prices are ridiculous, you will not get ceramic tint because their basic level tint is not ceramic even if they say that. What they will promote is ceramic tint they have 3 additional levels of ceramic that are ALL $100-$300 upcharge depending how "PREMIUM" you want t o go. They can not tell you the brand of ceramic they use. At least if you go to SAVS TINT or any other professional tint place, they will tell you what type of tint you're getting down to the Brand.
