I requested a quote for 3M Ceramic IR on all windows except the windshield, per California law, through Yelp one afternoon and just 5 minutes later, I received a response from Ulises M. noting that it would be $580 and take around 2-3 hours. They were not the absolute lowest quote in the area, but they had an opening for later that week and a lot of really great reviews. Ulises asked for my name and phone number to confirm, and I received text alerts with more appointment information that I really appreciated. The day of, I drove over and spoke with Jose Mendoza who was actually handling the appointment. He walked me through the various tint levels and had me fill out a lifetime warranty form with 3M. I was on my way in a few minutes and just two hours later, received a call telling me my car was done. When I came to pick it up, it looked great. Jose made sure to tell me to avoid moisture for the next 3-5 days and to also know that I could come back if I encountered any bubbling, etc. It's about a week after that appointment and it still looks amazing. Not an honest company, if no issue, they may be 5 star, but when come down to issue, they find every execute to reject ( even their mistake). my family brought over Tesla Y , because 4.8 stars review, even their price is high compare to other 3 quote, but we are assuming skill is good, so he drove 40min to deliver vehicle and uber back home. it took longer then their promised time (2 day more). finally they call him is ready, and he took uber to store and drove it back home, found out sun visor not attached , call store, they want him to bring back , but due to 40 min drive, beside no time to do so, so we ask for refund, they claimed, this is freebee , after negotiate they agreed to $40 refund, but until this post, it never happen. They may be good on skill or when no issue at all, but definitely not the price , nor the honesty, when their mistake happen. I had different store tint my last 10 vehicle, but when issue, they always willing to help, specially their mistake. I would not recommend to this company to anyone. read more

The initial work I got done with them was just three window tint on my Durango a couple years ago. I was working with a specific budget and they didn't try to upsell me on anything crazy and made sure to educate me on the pros and cons of certain products. They did an amazing job and knocked it out in a couple of hours for me even though it was a last minute job. Fast forward a couple years my wife gets a Model Y and unfortunately our availability didn't match up and I end up going to a cheaper place that can get it done. Instant regret, they cheaper place leaves me with dirt embedded in the tint and wavy film. That Model Y gets totaled and we were able to pick another one up just last month. I contacted them via instagram/ text message and they take care of us! Again they inform me of differences between products but aren't pushy towards the more premium film. They are easy to deal with and price their work competitively for their quality of work. As far as vehicle tint goes I won't go anywhere else and will continue to recommend them. read more
