Yes, I am picky, but when you promise to do something, you should not only do it, but do it well. Example of other cleaners... windows are usually always cleaned, but the screens aren't cleaned well or the sills are still dirty (and yes, they were included in the others pricing). All Purpose Window Cleaning actually wet cleans your sills, so they were actually cleaned.. not wiped or brushed dirt off. They did not take my screen outside and wet clean them with a hose, but they did use the same tools they use for the windows to wipe them with a cleaning product and thoroughly wiped the sides so they weren't grimy anymore. The guys were personable and courteous and wore booties throughout the house too! Yes, they are insured and provided the certificate upon request as well. All of this and they were significantly less money that other companies quoted this year. I will not only highly recommend them, but I will use them again next year... a first for any window cleaner I've had.

They sent four people to the house, yet upon inspection, large portions of the home were still dusty, dirty, and clearly ignored. Several surfaces were visibly covered in dust. This was not a deep clean by any definition. They removed trash from the cans but did not replace any trash bags, despite specifically asking us to provide them ahead of time. That alone shows a lack of attention to detail. Even more concerning, we completed their pre-cleaning form and explicitly requested extra care around the computers in our home. This request was completely ignored. The floors were over-mopped, causing water damage that short-circuited a computer, resulting in $150 out of pocket for a replacement part. After I raised these concerns, the company reached out and offered a partial refund, acknowledging there were issues. However, the refund was never issued, and they never followed up or contacted me again. This lack of accountability only added to an already frustrating experience. Between the missed areas, careless work, damage caused, and a refund that was promised but never delivered, their claims feel misleading at best and dishonest at worst. Nonetheless, I ignored my inner instincts and approved Job Number 3636 with the stipulation they try to see me as soon as possible since the North gutter is completely blocked and when it rains I get a 3' long waterfall running down the side of the building. 11/6/25 - They sent me a receipts showing they took out $114.75 from my credit card. (Exhibit 1) 11/6/25 - Received an email stating they had placed me on the schedule for 'Monday, November 10, 2025 arriving between 9:30 am and 10:30 am'. No explanation or reason for why they did not show up twice. Well I've had enough. Called Gutter Twin but no one picked up. Left a somewhat stern voice mail and demanded a refund of my deposit followed by an email (Exhibit 5). Completely irresponsible, have no sense of customer service, and definitely unprofessional.
