He did neither. I made another appointment after speaking with him on the phone, and he did not show up for it either. I called and left a message for him. His lack of professionalism is appalling.

The quote looked fair so we scheduled the work. The crew showed up today and I couldn't be more pleased. The crew leader walked around the yard with me to make sure they knew what we wanted and he made several helpful suggestions. As soon as I was done the crew jumped in like a well organized team. Everyone knew their jobs and everyone took care to make sure the job was done right. When they were done everything was cleaned up and they went over the directions to make sure we don't mess up the work before everything is dry.

The crew came out exactly on the time promised - and it is a big crew, probably about 8 guys. They lifted the sod and installed the curbing in about 2 1/2 hours, did a great job. We had a LOT of curbing in the front and back and it ran about $1700. Would not hesitate to recommend.
