Both of them are wonderfully kind - they always ask about my family - and the dental work is done gently and without rush. That said, the appointments are somehow always on time! Teaching at the University, Dr. Demchuk keeps up on his skills. He also has unique hours to accommodate a variety of work schedules - If you're up for it (pun intended), you can schedule a 7:00AM appointment! My only complaint, and not significant to warrant any fewer than five stars, is that this office is still very much paper-based. As booking takes place in a book (as opposed to a computer), it sometimes takes a few minutes to find the perfect appointment time. She put me on hold while she discussed the matter with the doctor. Instead of booking an appointment for the next day, they asked us to come in asap.
