It is hard to enjoy taking a trip to the dentist, but I really don't mind going to see my dentist at this location. The receptionists are really nice and after only one visit, they recognized my boyfriend by name when he walked in. The building is really nice. It is modern and comfortable. There are televisions in the ceiling tiles so you can watch TV while you're getting your teeth cleaned. I find that many dentists are pretentious and are firm about flossing, rinsing and all that jazz, but my dentist admitted to me that she hates flossing and does not do it everyday. It made it much easier for me to admit that I hate flossing and I don't do it as much as I should. I am so happy I made the switch to this dentist. A little something extra: They also make appointments on Saturdays, which is excellent for working people or children. A+ for convenience.

She organized all of my insurance coverage, even calling them to get more information. I thought I had just got her on a good day. Nope! When I went in for my appt she was there and was just as awesome as well as all the wonderful ladies behind the desk. Not to mention they have the newest and coolest massage chair I've ever been in! So that gives them a 5 start just for that! Once all the insurance was cleared up and I went in for my appt it continued to be extremely enjoyable and fun. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He makes sure you understands everything. Not only is the doctor so smart and great but Lori my hygenist was equally as amazing. I have bad anxiety about pain and they did absolutely everything I could have asked for to keep the experience as enjoyable as possible. My entire family now sees him and thinks very highly of him. I had the normal teeth issues- cavities, root canals and crowns and from day one he was truly kind and caring. Very sensitive to if you are in any pain and what is most comfortable for you. Genuine man. He will give you the options for what is available to you and for your problem. the pros and cons and a rough price estimate and most importantly not rush you to make any decision in the moment. I personally had to have quit a bit of work done and he was patient with me and made me very comfortable just taking care of one thing at a time. Another bit of information- My brother was the same, not keen on going to the dentist, had horrible horrible pain and finally he looked like a chipmunk- his infections were SOOO BAD- he made an appointment to see Dr. Scarsellone and never looked back...It was actually scary for awhile because his infection was so bad, he had to go to the hospital for IV antibiotics for a week 3 times a day because regular pills would not help. His gum line was swollen over his actual teeth...but put into the hands of Dr. Scarsellone he was taken care of patiently. Dr. Scarsellone took it one step at a time and made sure he got better and his teeth back under control. My brother now raves about him!!! Most people ask how the dental hygienists are...Again not my favourite thing to do- but I do go and they are very good as well. Sharon has been super to me. The receptionist is wicked- will help you make sure your work and appointments are spaced out correctly so that you can maximize your benefits. I walk in, they know me, they treat you like family and all in an incredibly safe environment. I have an overly sensitive gag reflex and they know how to work around it and help me through it. Seriously Dr. Hart should have his own YouTube channel. He narrates the entire procedure and his obvious OCD makes every procedure perfect. The support staff are equally attentive to detail and make you feel like your a member of an intricate dental dance. Thank you all for putting yourself on the line for my physical heath.
