I may add, if you go during the summer, you MUST wear sun protection and bring lots of water, the heat is no joke. The water is really cold which is refreshing on a hot summer day. The staff is very friendly and informative, also very helpful!! My tent blew away during a little windy moment and they helped me bring it back while also providing tips to prevent it from happening again. In the past, we had to get there before the park opened to secure a spot and once capacity was met they didn't allow anyone to enter. This was tough since there were a couple times we didn't make it on time and had to go elsewhere. Now, things have changed, which is a lot more convenient. They only allow the people that have reserved online go in from 7am-11:30am. If you DO NOT have reservations, you will NOT be allowed in before 11:30. At 11:30 they will only allow you in if they haven't reached capacity and it's first come first serve. If you did RSVP and make it after 11:30am, you risk losing your spot since general people will be allowed in at that time.

We'd confirmed our reservations the day prior with no hassles. The boat was packed! The day of the trip was absolutely beautiful. The temperature outside was in the three digits. Once we got underway there was a nice cool breeze along the river with beautiful sights along the way. The Captain did a great job pointing out areas of interest. I would say leave about 2 hours and 15 min ahead of your scheduled time slot if you plan on driving from the same area. I wanted something simple, already on the water, no need for us to hook on and off and get to and from the river. This was a perfect experience. We were running a bit late and they were very understanding and didn't deduct from our time. When you get to the riverwalk behind the Aquarius Casino, you'll find their booth where you will check in and present your ID, credit card and sign paperwork. It was all relatively quick. Then they gave us our life jackets and a paper to give to their team on the dock for the jet skii. We got a quick safety brief and accessed prior damage on the jet skii, and climbed on. One of the team members was kind enough to ask if we wanted a picture together before we took off and we really appreciated that.
