We basically only drove through, but saw enough to say that this park has something for everyone. Beach access, boat ramp, basketball, softball, tennis, dog park, soccer field, and more. We did get out and walk around a bit and discovered Bella's Rock Garden, which is a memorial for an 8-year old girl who left too soon. Beautiful. There is much to see and do here.

    Nice sandy area.

Absolutely had the best time here. We came June 14th and June 15 2024. The park is awesome there is so many activities to do. We came to the park to be in the river. We came around 10 am each day and there was plenty of space for us to put our tent up. There are grills around. The area is very sandy! Not a lot of rocks so swimming shoes weren't needed. The boat launch is right next to where we parked our tent at. Everyone was very nice and friendly and the restrooms aren't far just up the hill. 10/10 would recommend this area for the summer time

Came down to Bullhead last weekend and walked Frankie down by the river. It was a beautiful Saturday morning.

Rotary Park is absolutely my favorite park. When I'm in Bullhead City I like to walk my dog Frankie around the park. When we pull into the parks parking lot Frankie barks with excitement when she sees the park. About half of the walking/running trail follows the river. There is something to keep everyone happy. They recently opened a BMX track. There are alway events going on through out the year. Every January the annual Slab-O-Rama BBQ companion take place at the park, farmers markets and other craft festivals also happen during the year. The park it self is well maintained and there is plenty of places for people to enjoy the river.

We had a tournament at this park over the weekend. It's a huge sporting park. Great softball fields, access to beach front and lots of parking. Well kept restrooms that always had seat covers and toilet paper.

Needed a place to let the kids unwind before the trip back to Vegas. The play structure was solid and had some chalets the little kids could not overcome. My favorite feature was the skateboard park. I wish I had terrain like this as I was growing up. The kids these days have everything. Another enjoyable partof this park is the amazing views of the Colorado River. I could see myself here after a long day. The lone tree on the hilltop with a bench and a view of the rolling river. I have to come back at night with an adult beverage even though they are prohibited. The park has many picnic structures as well as baseball fields and basketball courts. This park covers many acres, so make sure you take the time to explore and enjoy the day.

Great park! Wind was rough but all in all it is a great! Softball fields were great! Great speaking for parents!!

There's sand, not crowded as other spots by the casino strip on the water. There's a dock for boating or jet skis to launch. There's camping, a bathroom that has no doors inside for privacy There's a playground and lots of parking. This place is FREE been coming for years now, last visit was 06/2022

Not a huge crowd and plenty of parking and a lot room for kids to play. If your kids are rambunctious and loud then this is the spot.

We walk our dog twice a day here. Close by with amazing views of the river. Plenty of sports fields. Going to try the fishing spots.

Ken Fovargue Park in Bullhead City seems like a really fun spot, especially if you're looking to beat the heat. The park covers over 11 acres and has something for everyone, although it seems geared towards kids. There are two regulation ball fields, a basketball court, horseshoe pits, and easy walking trails if you want to get some steps in. There isn't a ton of shade, though, so be aware. What I love most about this park is that it's geared toward water fun, which is perfect for those scorching Bullhead City summers. The splash pad and municipal pool are always buzzing with families and kids having a great time, and the playgrounds and swing sets keep the little ones entertained. Other handy amenities include a snack bar, public restrooms, and little "ramada" rentals if you want to hang out longer. The park is open daily from 4:30 am to 11:00 pm, so there's plenty of time to enjoy it. Every time I stop by, it feels lively and welcoming. Definitely a great place to spend a few hours with family or friends.

The park has improved since our first visit about 3 summers ago. We come here at least once and we all enjoy it, we get there early morning and leave right before closing. I may add, if you go during the summer, you MUST wear sun protection and bring lots of water, the heat is no joke. The water is really cold which is refreshing on a hot summer day. The staff is very friendly and informative, also very helpful!! My tent blew away during a little windy moment and they helped me bring it back while also providing tips to prevent it from happening again. In the past, we had to get there before the park opened to secure a spot and once capacity was met they didn't allow anyone to enter. This was tough since there were a couple times we didn't make it on time and had to go elsewhere. Now, things have changed, which is a lot more convenient. They only allow the people that have reserved online go in from 7am-11:30am. If you DO NOT have reservations, you will NOT be allowed in before 11:30. At 11:30 they will only allow you in if they haven't reached capacity and it's first come first serve. If you did RSVP and make it after 11:30am, you risk losing your spot since general people will be allowed in at that time.

Many of them were docked right in the beach, resulting in a lot of people ripping through very closely to where people were swimming. Between that and the strong current, this was in my opinion not a very family friendly beach, at least for one with small children.

I was searching for a place to shoot some hoops and clear my mind while visiting Laughlin, and I found this great little park. I wanted to survey the situation before getting out (since I was a female traveling alone). I stopped by around 4 pm on a Monday afternoon, and it was buzzing with families at the playground and couples bringing evening picnics to enjoy. There are a lot of picnic tables, but they were getting full by the time I left! There isn't much parking, but it's free. Take the first space you see. Nobody was using the basketball court, so I had it all to myself. It's located by the picnic areas, so I had an audience which gave me performance anxiety, LOL. One big problem with the basketball court is that it's right next to the main entryway road, and I'm a terrible shot so my ball kept rolling out into the road. Traffic isn't bad, but it stunk having to constantly chase it. I guess if you were good at sinking buckets and had some sort of talent for accuracy, this wouldn't be an issue.

I heard from someone there is a wild burro that comes into the park and possibly skunks. I would also bring several cintronella candles and bug spray. There were flying bugs atbthe campsite we stayed out but we got rid of them.
