First time in Laughlin, my first time on a jet ski. Service was very friendly, humorous, and welcoming. We are really glad we chose this jet ski rental place! It was very convenient and easy to return after. Also, it did not cost an arm/leg to rent out like the other rental places on the river. The group rented for one hour. That one hour was more than enough time! We were getting roasted and toasted by the sun, we were getting pooped out. Nonetheless, we had such a blast!! We are one happy group of customers! Mike and Edward were honest and competitively priced. We will definitely go back. We went on a Saturday and paid for an hour of fun for just 110 dollars. They allowed our whole family to switch during the hour as well on one jet ski as we had our dog with us. There is also a small sandy beach with some shade to sit in watch. The location of the dock is just to the side of Aquarius Casino and Edgewater Casino. This was the highlight of our trip to Laughlin. No scammers at this place like I have read at others. read more

Really glad we rented our jet ski's from here. Not only was the price affordable, but the service was great!! Edward helped us get familiar with the rules and expectations of the water. I really appreciated how much he cared about our safety and everyone else's safety on the water. I didn't catch the other two workers names but they were awesome as well. Helping you on the jet ski and explaining in detail how it works and what to expect. When you get on the water they even help you get familiar the first couple minutes to make sure your comfortable. Did a little research on Yelp before heading to the river and found a few here that looked solid and on a whim got in touch with Ed who could not have been more friendly and helpful. As others mentioned, go to the shop to do the paper work and watch the video, Ed will even give you some tips and answer questions on how to have the best experience for newbies like us. We went out and he did a quick inspection of the jet skis and pointed out to me typical places on the jet ski that are easy to damage and how to avoid as much which was appreciated, once again being a newb. All in All, super cool guy who could not have been nicer and more helpful from launch to pickup to billing. I called to confirm the weekend rental rates for the jet ski, and I believe I was speaking with the owner. I thought the conversation was going great, the prices were great, I was excited, and I even complimented him for having great weekend rates. However, when I tried confirming the prices just to make sure I had the correct information, so I could relay everything to my wife, he must of got annoyed, and randomly hung up the phone. I tried calling back several times, thinking the disconnect was from my phone, but after the 5th call I realized he was being a douche and he was purposely not answering the calls. That's fine, if he doesn't want my business, I'll gladly give it to his competitors, and if he continues this level of unprofessionalism with anyone else, I would recommend everyone else do the same! read more
