So these people ruined my car. I took it there to have some buffing/polishing throughout the car…read morebecause of christmas lights as no body work needed to be done. I was charged as a paint correction, however no paint correction was ever done as it took 2 trips to get "fixed", which it still aint fixed. Infact it's worse in spots than it was when i dropped it off originally. Caiden claimed he'd make sure I'm taken care of, as I delayed payment because the work done the first time was unsatisfactory...and here it is 2 months later and I'm still waiting to be taken care of. He says to send pictures of the work in question and once we finally agree on when to bring the car in he quickly walks around and takes his own pictures despite the ones I submit originally, instead of taking the time to actually look at anything. Work still didn't get done, and pictures submitted of the work - wasn't even touched. He tells me after picking it up 1st time that he pointed out areas over looked but im having to bring it back twice? How do they look at vehicles to determine if things look good or not before calling the customer that its ready for pickup? You'd think having a detail business that they'd have a detailers eye but nope. They damaged some spots of clearcoat mainly on the rear quarter panel area, added lots of swirl marks along the front quarter panels and bumper, and still left original marks around the car that shouldve been removed 1st time dropping the car off...the work i paid for and was told id get taken care of. They don't return phone calls or texts. Sounds like alot of their good work only comes from higher end uncontaminated surfaces that are already in great shape.

Do NOT use this company! I paid nearly $300 to have a tech come out and diagnose and repair my AC…read more The tech showed up late, had not even got out of the truck and said we needed to replace the entire unit. He was rude the entire time he was on site and never touched a tool. Not a volt meter not a "diagnostic machine." When I called in to tell them I was unsatisfied with the techs "service" which in my opinion no service was provided the woman informed me that he did not need to get on the roof because he has a machine well he never touched any machine besides a cell phone he used to take a picture of the serial number inside the rv. All parts are external you quite literally DO have to get on top of the rv to diagnose or repair anything. So I had to pay someone else to come out and fix the unit.. it did NOT need to be replaced and the "diagnosis" from the lazy Rv Unlimited tech was wrong. He was "100% sure" it was the fan motor. Guess what? It was NOT. My ac is fixed now and they refuse to refund my money for the absolute garbage tech they sent out. This company is a scam. They are ripping people off telling you that you need to pay 2-3k to have a new unit put in when you very well could have an $80 part that needs replacing. I want a full refund, and I will be telling everyone with an rv NOT to use these people.

2/13/2020 Over the past few days I have spoken with several…read moreRV dealerships in a couple of different cities looking to trade in my RV. Each one I spoke with was helpful and polite..........until I contacted Webb's RV. After filling out a dialogue box early this morning to express interest in a couple of RV's,  I was emails a few hours later by a representative. Typically, dealers have called me on the phone in response to my inquiries in order to introduce themselves and talk a bit about what I am looking to accomplish. Webb's chose to email me, which is perfectly fine, but the emails were short and unprofessional as if perhaps I were inconveniencing them somehow. My questions were met with curt responses and I don't think the person even told who they were. When I'd had enough, I told the person what I thought of the exchange and of course their position was that I was upset because they were trying to get information about my trade, which couldn't be further from the truth. I let them know that they were losing a sale because because of the unprofessional way the correspondence was being handled and that if that I couldn't imagine things being better throughout the deal making process. Of course the response was that it was actually me that was unprofessional, which is moronic because my profession is not buying RV's but selling them is his/hers, and that I have wasted enough of their time. It is very clear that Webb's RV collectively has no concept of friendly customer service. If a business fails so spectacularly at such a simple task as initial interaction with a potential customer, one has to assume that it can only get worse when they have your money. I will never do business with these rude people.
