warranty is a bunch of B.S . have 546 miles on my trailer and wheel fell of when I was towing my razor !! cant get response from sales guy ! and the trailer jack fell apart in two weeks and I still paid for a jack!! warranty SUCKS! sorry people don't buy a trailer from them!!!! read more

This place must be under new management, because I didn't experience any of the previously mentioned issues. I went in and spoke with Caleb about a cargo trailer. I came to town looking at a new Harley and had been thinking of grabbing a cargo trailer as well to haul it home. Caleb not only told me they could set it up with tie downs, but showed me the value of what I was getting for my money. He showed me different sizes and colors and answered all my questions. I also noticed they had PJ Truck beds which I may be needing one or two in the future. Really glad I stopped in here while waiting on the Harley dealership about my bike. Worst service EVER!!!! Both from sales people and the manager! They are a crooked business. We bought a 16' trailer and upon arrival to pick it up they tried giving us a smaller trailer! After going through all the hassle and frustrations on correcting the issue. A month later they gave us a call saying that they lost all of the paperwork! They went as far as saying they would be signing our paperwork because we are out of town. I will be escalating this issue to get corrected including reporting to BBB! read more

Then today a tow truck shows up and drops it off in front of my house and said the ins didn't want to pay. My ins had the check ready and I had my deductable ready to but, at least i know where my suv is now. All he had to do was call and say he couldn't fix it and not waste my time. On to the next shop.
