Dropped my vehicle off for warranty work, tire change and alignment. 2 days after dropping my vehicle off for the SCHEDULED appointment they called and told me to pick up my vehicle because they do not have time to work on my vehicle for any of the SCHEDULED work. You can purchase an $80,000 vehicle from them and have your vehicle serviced there but they don't have time for SCHEDULED work. They are too busy maintaining their fleet vehicles to care about all their other paying customers jobs. The service manager, Mark Soupik, had nothing to offer other than they are "sorry they are too busy to maintain my vehicle". My vehicle is amazing and I plan on keeping this vehicle long term and will be happy to switch ford dealerships to never have to deal with Ray Price Ford Mount Pocono ever again! Buyer beware!! They do not care about you as a customer. Find another ford dealership that will!

I called to make sure the vehicle was available and was informed it was. I traveled almost 90 minutes to look at the vehicle and after the typical back and forth with agreeing on a trade and purchase price, we made an agreement. They were quick to have me switch over my car insurance and then made me wait for the business manager to sign the paperwork. After about 10 "hes almost ready for you" and me waiting over 90 minutes, they tell me that although the car is advertised, they actually cant sell it because they dont have a title. They wanted me to come back but couldnt say when they would have the title. They wanted me to give a deposit though. Completely misled me, wanted to hold money, and extremely poor customer service.

The repair itself took over two months, which was already a long and difficult wait. However, the real issue began when I picked the vehicle up. While driving home from the dealership after the repair, the check engine light came back on. This is a brand-new engine that they installed themselves. Since then, it has been two weeks, and I have not received any response or direction on when I can bring the van back in to have the issue addressed. Calls and follow-ups have gone unanswered, leaving me stuck with a vehicle that is clearly not fixed after an extremely lengthy repair process. Waiting two months for a major repair only to immediately have the same warning light return -- and then receive no follow-up support -- is unacceptable. I expected better communication, accountability, and quality control, especially for something as serious as an engine replacement. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

I filed complaints to Pa attorney general and BBB with no responses from Montage so that says alot of their honesty and integrity. It's been more than 2 months and I still do not have the title and the registration. I have sent them 4 messages and not one answer back. Avoid this place and look else where. This is an update, when I purchased the car I was told that the Turbo charger was replaced because the original was not good, well as I type this the car is in the repair shop having a new turbo charger put in and it is setting me back $1800.00
