If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, without question, one of the worst car-buying…read moreexperiences imaginable. Before making an eight-hour trip each way, I specifically asked them to tell me about every imperfection because I did not want to be out there and be surprised by anything because it so far. I was told by Steven that the car was in "perfect condition." I was assured repeatedly that it was exactly as described. Based on those representations, I invested significant time and money, including travel expenses and a hotel stay, to come see the car. When I arrived, the reality was completely different. The vehicle was covered in dozens of small scratches and dents. On every single panel of the car. Even the roof! It looks like a tree fell on it probably where the large branches didn't hit it, but all the small ones did. Or it got run off the road into brush or the like. Calling it "perfect condition" was not just inaccurate--it was blatantly misleading. It was obvious that the car had substantial cosmetic damage that anyone could see immediately. Steven was unpleasant to work with. He was pushy, snobby, entitled and just plain rude sometimes. After getting T-boned by a car at 50mph into my drivers side door, my car was totaled. I was trying to figure out transportation to New York. He impatiently told me to "just drive it. It's not that far." 15 HOURS. He also told me I couldn't have an auto delivery service pick it up because "I had to sign for it in person." He also told me I could only come on days when he was there and gave me HIS schedule for me to work around?? He also went on about needing to schedule all appointments that "it was rude to just show up to a used car dealership." Ummmm I'd been car shopping at a dozen prior and they were thrilled when a customer pulled in - even without an appointment. He informed he "He didn't know where I went to, but he's a professional." And that's just the highlight reel of correspondence. After leaving without the car, to make matters worse, when I requested the return of my deposit, the dealership was unresponsive and difficult to deal with. Communication became sparse, and obtaining a refund was far more complicated than it should have been. This experience was frustrating, costly, and incredibly disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic customer service, look elsewhere.

UPDATE: After picking up my truck, things got worse…read more I was told the transmission was being "overhauled," but after reviewing the paperwork, it's clear this was not a full rebuild. It looks like only failed parts were replaced while other major components were reused. That's not what most people would expect when they hear the word overhaul, and it feels misleading. To make matters worse, I left with a cracked windshield that was not there when I dropped the truck off. No mention of it, no accountability -- just handed the truck back like nothing happened. At this point, it's not even worth the aggravation of going back and dealing with them. That says everything about the level of confidence I have in this place. Between the lack of transparency, questionable quality of work, and now damage to my vehicle, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I brought my truck to Wayne County Ford for a transmission repair and had a frustrating experience…read morewith how my situation was handled I provided warranty documentation and simply asked that it be reviewed. The service manager refused to look at it, pushed it aside, and stated that the computer system is all that matters. He also suggested the document could be fraudulent and told me to take it back to the selling dealer. When I asked again for it to be reviewed, I was told service could be refused I was later contacted by the owner, Bryanna, who was polite and responsive. I explained from the beginning that I was already working with the selling dealership on the warranty and that my concern was how the situation was handled. While she offered to help on the warranty side, the focus stayed there rather than addressing the customer service issue At the end of the day, I was simply looking for the way I was treated to be acknowledged and addressed This situation could have been avoided with basic professionalism and a willingness to review the documentation provided. The repair is still ongoing, so I cannot speak to the quality of the work yet, but the initial experience was disappointing.

Caveat Emptor!!! Started off badly and this should have been a sign......made an appointment to see…read morea specific car. Arrived for the appointment and discovered the car I wanted to see was sold. I travelled one hour to get to the dealership but received no call to inform me the car had been sold. The GM, sitting in adjacent office, overheard the conversation going sideways and quickly suggested another car - same make and model. Turns out the car WAS nice and we bought it. It did have a check engine light on but the salesperson said the part that was needed 'was ordered'. Said it was an O2 sensor (keep that in mind). Oh, and dealership was going to tack on approximately $800 in dealer fees! Obviously, that was negotiated to a saner amount but in retrospect, I should have negotiated even more. Drove home thinking that the fix and 'detailing' the car would have been just a couple days. That was a Tuesday. I called the following Saturday. (Note that there was absolutely no call(s) from the dealership as to the status of this car undergoing repairs.) I was told the car would be ready Monday. Monday arrived and we could not make the trip that day. Tuesday (now one week later) I called the salesperson - twice - no answer and NO voicemail. I tried connecting with any other salesperson. No answer and NO voicemail. Finally, I contacted their 'award winning' Service Department. The person who answered the phone, after giving my name and the car I bought, could not find the car in the system. He sounded confused as to whether the car was even there! I thought they had sold it. Finally, he told me they were waiting on one part. I asked what part? he said a 'turn signal stalk' and once that's fixed, the car would be cleaned and inspected. I asked what was the reason for the check engine light. He said it was a purge valve. Apparently, it wasn't an O2 sensor as I was told. Note that had I made the trip Monday, that car would not have been ready! I became a bit irate over the lack of communication from the dealership and demanded better communication going forward. Ten minutes after I hung up, I receive a text from the salesperson informed me the car will be ready for pickup - THAT AFTERNOON! Now I'm no car mechanic, but I'm not sure you can replace a turn signal stalk in a matter of a half hour and have the car cleaned and ready for delivery. We pick up the car on Wednesday, eight days after the sale. We had asked for two issues to be addressed. One, eliminate the STRONG odor of cigarette smoke in the car. Salesperson said they have a chemical to do that. It wasn't done. Two, clean a minor stain on the inside of the 'A' pillar. It wasn't done. The car appeared to have been vacuumed and washed but the wheels were caked in brake dust and accumulated grime. I was so incensed about my experience, I just took the key and drove home. When I arrived home, I cleaned the inside of the windows. If I could post pictures of the nicotine that was on those paper towels, I would. It was gross. I also cleaned the wheels with wheel cleaner and they now look like new. I know it's early, but the car seems good. HOWEVER, the absolute lack of customer service, awareness, communication and let's call it like I see it - honesty - is sorely lacking. Take this review for what it's worth.
