I moved into the neighborhood about a year ago and your dealership is located in my back yard. I took the time to read a couple of the reviews posted in your yelp, the one that really irked my soul is the person that low balled you on one of your vehicles lol the asking price was $23,000 and he offered you guys $20,000. He said He drove about an hour away blah blah blah the reason you drove an hour away because you know it's was a GREAT DEAL! People think just because they drive from far away think like they deserve a better deal. Smh Noblesville import keep up the good work I love the newly paved asphalt. you guys did a fantastic job and I love how you guys keep the front lot looking clean also thank you for cutting down the tree on my back yard. The paint faded and the patch tore about a month after I bought the car. I asked Eric to have his sub quality repair warrantied as he misrepresented the car, and he would not return emails or calls. With the first 3 months of having the car I had 2 failed batteries, 2 torn axels, & failed suspension parts. I would recommend staying clear of this shop. They buy cars cheap from auctions and do little to no inspections and hopes of selling them quickly to unsuspecting buyers.

I wanted to take it to my mechanic before buying it but the salesperson told me that the warranty I was buying would cover absolutely everything so said there was no need to do that. I went there multiple times asking the manager to help resolve the issues and he was no help whatsoever. I would never recommend doing business with this horrible company!!!!!!

Also the owner/manager of the dealership took interest in the sale by calling me to try and speed up the process, after which I could never get in touch with him after deciding to purchase the vehicle. Trying to make a long story short, I get the car the first week after New Years. I bring it to a Ford dealership to get it inspected for state registration. I get a report that the a/c belt failed because it is shredding and that there is a bad oil leak coming from the oil pan. I cannot pass the state inspection without the fixing the belt and removing the tint that had been put on. Granted the tint was not the dealership's fault but the belt and oil leak should have been found and fixed before selling the car. I express this to the salesman that I had dealt with and he down plays the problems, I guess he did not understand that without a new belt I will not pass inspection. He states that his master mechanic will contact me and tell me that the inspecting dealership is trying to rip me off. When I got the car back I began looking at the oil pan leak and I think whoever did the last oil change (probably the dealership before selling) put too much oil in it as the dipstick marked the level almost half way up the stick. I do not think I have seen an engine over filled as badly as this. I think the mark of a good dealership is that you are want to return to them to purchase another vehicle. I would not be willing to go back to Coast to Coast Imports for anything.

I am very disappointed; I would never have bought a K4 from Napleton if I had known that non-mechanic Customer Service is so poor. A remote call center that can only handle simple question is poor. The employee who initially helped me was friendly enough, but the overall experience quickly reminded me why I generally dislike car dealerships. The process felt longer and more complicated than it needed to be. I prefer direct conversations, clear numbers, and getting in and out without a lot of back-and-forth. The biggest issue for me was the interaction with management. Instead of really listening to what I was trying to accomplish, the manager seemed more interested in steering the conversation toward his version of helping. It felt like he was talking at me rather than listening to my questions and concerns. To be fair, maybe I'm not the typical dealership customer. I don't enjoy negotiating, I don't enjoy sales pitches, and I value efficiency above almost everything else. Unfortunately, this visit felt like a textbook dealership experience, and not in a good way. If you enjoy the traditional car-buying process, your experience may be different. For me, it reinforced many of the reasons I avoid dealerships whenever possible. - JY review

What really stood out was the level of service. Tom personally arranged delivery from Indianapolis to Chicago at no additional cost, which made everything effortless on our end. The pricing was very competitive, and after visiting close to 20 dealerships over the past year, including when I purchased a truck, I can confidently say Lockhart Cadillac offered the most reasonable deal by far. Tom is exactly the kind of salesperson you hope to find, trustworthy, fair in negotiations, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. There was no pressure, no games, just straightforward and honest communication. If you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend asking for Tom. This was easily one of the best car buying experiences I've had.

However, after taking delivery of the vehicle I noticed the vehicle had 3 different brands of tire on it. Firestone on RF, Pirelli on LF, and a matching set of Falken on the rear but the rear tires were under the factory load rating. So, 4 tires that make driving the vehicle a major safety issue. It is common knowledge that an all wheel drive vehicle MUST have 4 matching tires! I was told, and trusted, that the dealership done a safety check and trusted the vehicle would be safe to drive, so that's on me because I believed them. I called the sales manager Scott Dawson and explained the situation to him. He said he would get back with me. After waiting 5 business days for a callback, with several attempts to contact Scott, my wife texted the dealership general mail box. Scott called me back within 30min and informed me that they "went above and beyond" in supplying me with a second key fob and he would not help me with the tire issue. He said the tires had good tread and "that's all that matters". I had expected Lockhart to be an honest and reputable dealership. I was wrong. If you are considering buying from them please check the vehicle thoroughly and don't trust Lockhart to have done a safety inspection. From my experience they could care less about your safety once they have your money! Sad....

What has frustrated me the most isn't just one visit. It's the overall customer experience and the complete lack of effort to build a relationship with repeat customers. Customer retention should matter. It should never feel like once the sale is made, the customer no longer matters. During my visit, I expressed these concerns to one of the employees. I explained that when I visit my Kia dealership, they consistently make me feel valued. They communicate well, work to accommodate me, and understand that creating loyal customers is just as important as completing repairs. Here, I have experienced the opposite. I even brought up the fact that despite scheduling service and explaining my circumstances in advance, I have never been offered accommodations such as a loaner vehicle when it would have made a significant difference. I wasn't asking for special treatment. I was asking for the kind of customer care that encourages people to return. The employee I spoke with was polite and apologized several times. He admitted there wasn't much he could do and offered to get the service manager. At that point, I declined because my concern wasn't about convincing anyone. If the people making those decisions already knew the situation and still chose not to help, another conversation wasn't going to change that. After paying my bill, I walked outside to wait for my vehicle. While I was waiting, another customer's vehicle was returned looking freshly washed and cleaned. A few minutes later, my vehicle arrived dirty. I politely asked why my vehicle hadn't been washed. The employee simply said, "I just brought it up here. That's all I did," and walked away without offering to look into it, explain anything, or try to help. I went back inside and told the employee I had been speaking with what had happened. He apologized again and said he was sorry that response had been given to me. At that point, I couldn't help but laugh because it perfectly summed up my entire experience with this dealership. It wasn't just about a car wash. It was about feeling like my concerns didn't matter. Seeing another customer's vehicle returned cleaned while mine wasn't, combined with the dismissive response afterward, left me questioning whether I was being treated differently. I can't say with certainty why the difference existed, but I can honestly say that's how the experience felt, and it left me disappointed and frustrated. I've reached the point where I'd rather take my business elsewhere. Good customer service isn't just about fixing cars. It's about making people feel respected, valued, and appreciated. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
