This is for the service department at the Fiahers location - we have had our car in several times with the check engine light on and I am pretty sure they use the ODB to turn off the light and give it back to us telling us everything is fine. Last time it was replacing a part that had nothing to do with the original problem ($700+) and the car was returned to me with the check engine light still on after three weeks in service and now the same problem is occurring. When I took the car in, I had bought a ODB reader, and had provided the codes with what needed to be fixed and even after paying several hundred dollars they did not address the problem I brought the car in for. I have tried the service department four times and each time it gets worse. Their communication is terrible and the time it takes to even diagnose the car takes forever when compared to others. I would rather pay more and take my vehicle elsewhere to get it fixed right the first time in a much more timely manner. it's a shame because the sales department is absolutely amazing. read more

After my experience with this dealership today, the nicest thing I can say is that I dodged a bullet. If a car dealer cannot be trusted to honor an agreement and negotiated price without selling the car out from underneath a customer , then folks need to be advised to shop for a car elsewhere. After reading other parties' reviews, I'm glad Fishers had shady sales tactics today. It will save me a lot of grief and aggravation in the future. RUN FAR AWAY! We purchased an SUV from here as the car market was hot and they happened to have the exact model we were looking for at the right time. We had their Service Department do some very minor maintenance work on the car once purchased. Once we took it to an authorized retailer for an inspection afterwards, we found out they messed up the maintenance to the tune of $5,000!! We brought up this issue with both Sales and Service and they refused to take responsibility for it. Kept giving us the run around saying they would bring up the issue with a manager and then the manager would say they would take it to the owner and it kept going around like that in circles. No resolution was ever offered. They are not honest here and definitely do not trust them to do any work on your car. read more

Worst experience imaginable. I bought a BMW 320ix from them in August. These guys will sweet talk you into buying the cars, and they will lie to you and loot you. Guys, please be careful while signing the paperwork, they will keep sweet talking to you and have you sign the wrong/changed paperwork. For me, they had changed the interest rates that was agreed on the paperwork. They didn't give me a proper chance to read it and had me sign teh paperwork. I don't know if it has happened to anyone else or not but this indicates that the dealership is fraud. Although there prices are a little lower that the other dealers but they will charge you with hidden prices and sham the paperwork. Ultimately, you will end up paying more than you would at any other place. This was my first car and they made this really bad experience for me. One more thing is, while buying the car, I detected some issues and consequently, I raised my concerns to the dealer. They mentioned that since the car is in the warranty, I could visit the BMW Service Center anytime and they would do it for free. When I went there today they charged me about $200 for the same. I reverted the same thing to the dealer and they said nothing can be done now. Please don't be fooled by their flattery. Hope this was helpful. read more

I purchased a 2014 Porsche Panamera 4S from Fishers Imports in April 2020. I arranged to have the dealership ship my vehicle to my home in Atlanta, GA. Unfortunately my vehicle was damaged during shipping. That's where the nightmare began. Fishers Imports initiated a claim with the transport company's insurance and then I was told I'd have to handle the claim from there. 6-MONTH'S LATER, with NO help from the dealership, I was able to negotiate a compromised settlement with the transport company. The settlement did not cover the entire repair that was needed however it wasn't worth anymore of my time. After receiving the settlement, I contacted the owner Peyman Rashid at Fishers Imports and simply asked him to reimburse me for the $175 charge to have my ceramic coating redone once the bumper cover was replaced. Mr. Rashid never even bothered to respond to me. Two weeks later I reached out to Mr. Rashid again and still have received no response whatsoever. Very poor customer service after the sale and completely unacceptable. Stay away from this dealership. read more

I'm a little conflicted with how to rate Fishers Imports. I've flipped back and forth between having a 5-star sales experience, and a 2-star service experience. Let me explain. They have plenty of inventory on the lot, and their sales team was exceptional. No pressure to buy, but always there if you needed help. They have competitive pricing, and they were reasonable in negotiating a rate for my trade-in. The actually buying process is easily 80% quicker when I purchased my last car. They offered additional insurance plans, but didn't try to shove them down your throat like some dealers attempt to do during a painfully long purchase process. The only think that irked me was when I received the car key (while we were on our way out), it was only one key... The second one was missing and now we will be buying a second one from the manufacturer. Not a big a deal, but a little irritating- would likely drop my 5-star experience to a 4 or 4.5-star. We purchased the car, knowing they had to complete some basic service, so we brought it in around 10 days later and had that completed. It took some time and a few phone calls to get that schedule. Not a big deal, but I had hoped for a more seamless process after such a positive buying experience. When we test drove the car, the low tire pressure light was one. The sales guy was on top of it, topped of all four tires and we were on our way. We purchased the car and 4-5 days later, the tire light was on again. I checked the tire pressure and one of the tires was low. My wife took the car into the service department once we got it scheduled and let them know the low pressure light was on and that it had turned on 4-5 days after being inflated. The service department refilled the tire with air and informed her there were no issues with the tires. 3-4 days after refilling the tire, the low tire pressure light was on again. This time, I checked the pressure and inspected the suspect tire while moving the car forward a few feet. SURPRISE! There was a nail stuck in it. Again, not a big deal, just irritated that this wasn't caught when they had it lifted for additional maintenance. Given the drive to the dealership would cost me as much in gas money as it would for the repair, I didn't even bother contacting the dealership and just took it to a local guy for a $15 fix. The dollar fix for each of these items is not my complaint (although I'm not really excited about buying a new key). The amount of time put into getting everything set after the purchase negated the time saved through a great buying experience. Summary: 4.5-star review for sales + 2-star review for service = 3-star review. I would re-visit the dealership to buy another car, but I would approach it with additional caution. read more

I bought a 2011 Honda Cross tour about 6 months ago. At the time of purchase, I was told this vehicle has gone thru a detailed inspection and all problems were fixed, and that was the reason for a marked up price. I even bought the protection plan for an additional $1500. Now in the last 6 months, I have changed all 4 brakes, transmission fluid, oil change (the tech told me oil change hadn't been done in like 3 years). When I called Fishers Imports service, they quoted me $100 for an oil change. What a lemon!!! Today, the A/C doesn't work. What a rip off dealer.... Just having expensive cars on your lot doesn't make you a quality auto dealer. Learn to be one. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything from this dealer. read more

I went to check out some vehicles just for test drives and it was a super easy process. When we arrived, a sales rep met us out on the lot to provide additional information on the vehicles. They made sure we could test the vehicles out and ask any questions. They weren't pushy and didn't force us to provide information (apart from licenses for the test drive). They allowed us to shop freely and assist, not force a sale. That goes a long way in customer service and sales. read more

Just bought my second car from FI. A couple of years ago we bought a used GLK350 for our eldest. 40k miles later she is still loving her GLK. We have only done common maintenance - brakes and schedule A and B fluids. Most recently, I bought a Porsche Cayenne. Same great buying experience. Love the car. Only great things to say about Paymen and his sales team. Looking forward to using their service department. And will definitely report back if service influences today's rating. These guys will do anything for a sale. Partially my fault....I purchase a "high end" vehicle online. When it was delivered, the back up camera wasn't working and I found out the vehicle had been repainted in *several* areas. I was told they didn't know either of these. Not sure how you can't tell a high end vehicle was repainted in several areas when you are a professional in the industry when I figured it out the first time I washed the car. Also, how do you not realize the back up camera isn't working? did you not back the car up the entire time it was on the lot? Bought a MB with low miles still under MB warranty. Just had first service at Fishers Imports yesterday. Service was excellent and as represented. I was comfortable with the costs, service, and guidance on a couple of issues. Looking forward to their continued service. The only reason that I didn't choose the fifth star is the warranty service needs to be done by MB. I understood that and realized that when I bought the car but it is still an inconvenience. The only complaint I have is that, although I got a decent deal on a car, and they worked past closing time to get me into it, there was no gas and the car was still dirty from previous owner. When I called to see if Fishers would at least pay for my first car wash or detail or for me or send me a gas card, they declined. Please do not waste your time or hard earned money... this "dealership" is a joke. I purchased a Range Rover under the condition they fix a menacing sound while driving. Of course they never contacted me to bring it in, so after many unanswered calls, I had to physically go in to schedule an appointment with their "service" department, only to have it misdiagnosed and supposedly fixed. Nothing was done, so I took it upon myself to schedule something elsewhere, where it was correctly diagnosed. When presented to Fishers Imports, they had the nerve to tell me that it was probably MY fault that the repairs needed to be done!!!! In addition, they came up with excuse after excuse to not turn in my info to the BMV, causing me to pay late fees transferring plates. They DO NOT communicate and WILL NOT call you back. The most horrific customer support ever. I was prewarned before I purchased. Lesson learned. After 6 months, I traded in the car to a REAL dealership and couldn't be happier. I had a decent buying experience. They were more concerned with my trade in than informing me that there were 2 types of warranties. The car was brought in to have stock suspension put back on because I was making a 13 hour drive to trade it in and the car was super low. In that process, the shop removed a multitude of parts that were originally on the car without my knowledge or permission. Upon trading in, the dealer noticed the missing parts and lowered their trade in value which I had no problem with and that breached the original terms of the agreement. The first being a manufacturer warranty and the second being a maintenance warranty. Because "most people" don't opt into the maintenance warranty evidently it wasn't important enough to disclose that I would have to pay $700 to transfer the maintenance warranty over. While I appreciate them being helpful with being flexible in their negotiations, I was not super pleased to find out that that information was not disclosed. Their other justification was that they personally didn't offer the maintenance warranty; therefore they didn't feel a need to mention it, even though that is a major component to car that typically carries high maintenance. It was also not brought to my attention that the car was painted. Upon getting the car professionally detailed, I was alerted there was significant over spray on the passenger door, and which is indicative of poor prep work covering the car before paint. The car had to be clay barred twice and buffed to remove the over spray. There was also compounded left in the rear bumper. There were minor imperfections which were expected but again not disclosed which I didn't have an issue with. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for an exotic car, I would just recommend doing your research since everything seems to be hush hush over there. And really inspect the car since they don't disclose any information pertinent to the car even though it's all common information any perspective buyer would be interested in knowing. I'd give them 1/2 more star if I could as my feeling were neutral towards them. I wanted the car so at the end of the day I got what I wanted I just wish they were more transparent as they say they are. read more

These guys are the best. I've bought three cars from these guys and I will never buy a car anyone else. Buying a car is usually very painful but Peyman and his guys do it differently. If you want to drive a car for example, you just tell them and they toss you the keys. They are pretty aggressive with pricing and trade as well.
