We visited this dealership today to purchase a vehicle we saw on Carfax.com. We live two hours away but we were excited to see this particular vehicle. We got there and requested Lisa to assist ud since we had spoke to her earlier. We then drive the Cadillac we were interested in and pretty much sealed the deal. Just as we were proceeding with the deal the sales manager came in and told us he had bad news. It turned out that this particular car was damaged internally and that they wouldn't sell us the car! We were disappointed to say the least! But we respected the sales manager's news since we sure didn't wish to be stuck with a lemon! Lisa, out sales person, then told us that she would make this right! She then showed us a beautiful Lincoln SUV that was newer and nicer than the original car we were interested in! We ended buying this Lincoln for the same price as what the Cadillac cost! Lisa made this all happen! Her energy, realistic approach, and kindness made a bad situation all better! We called TOM ROUSH Lincoln car dealership in Fishers, IN, and talked to a salesman, Alan Schmalzried, who was very helpful. We initially wanted a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus. In order to hold the vehicle, which hadn't arrived yet, he said we would pay a $1,000 deposit to the dealership. He also told us that if we did not buy the car through his dealership, he would credit our card for $1,000 because it was refundable. It was going to be several weeks for that vehicle to arrive, so we decided on a 2023 Lincoln Aviator. He did have one, and we went to test drive it. He put the $1,000 deposit on that car. We drove from Louisville, KY, to the Tom Roush dealership to test drive it. We liked it and decided to buy that car. We told him that we would have the funds the following Friday to purchase the Aviator. At that point, Alan got his sales manager to talk to us. The sales manager, MATT KISTLER, told us if we did not buy the car today, they would not hold it for us until next Friday when we would have our funds ready. We did not understand why they would not hold the car for another week. We paid them the $1,000 refundable deposit to hold that car. Matt said we could finance the whole thing, and then next week, we could pay the car off. We did not want to do that. We left. After driving 2 hours back home, I called the president of the dealership, JEFF ROUSH and left a voicemail for him to call me. He has never returned the call. I am surprised that a Lincoln dealership would use this type of high-pressure tactics. We will never buy a car from this dealership. read more

Lack of communication while car sits in parking lot....I would call for updates and I would get the receptionist. According to her all she could do is transfer me. Every time she transferred me I received a voicemail. I left several voicemails with NO call backs. I had no clue how long or how much the service would be. Finally, I felt like my ONLY option was go the location to get an estimate or any kind of correspondence. I had my son drive me. When we arrived my car was sitting in the parking area. At this point I decided to pick up my car and NEVER go back again. I did NOT want to keep having to get a ride to the location just to get ANY form of update, estimate, etc.....I thought I would get good customer service and repair from this business. I was completely wrong. I will not recommend in this review and certainly not in any conversation I might have with anyone in the future read more

At first I was pretty happy with my salesman, David, as he was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and attentive to everything we needed. The Sales Manger was slightly insulting when he acted as I didn't know anything about vehicles. The Finance Manager was wonderful, he funny, sincere and to the point. He got out there as fast as he could. Now, 2 days after we purchased the vehicle, we had a very obnoxious noise coming from under the steering wheel after starting it. It sounded like a winding electric motor that wouldn't stop. First I do want to make sure I let you know that I did but it as is. I thought I was safe with dealing with a big name dealership. After a couple days of calling my salesman, he set me up with their service department. Their first attempt to schedule service for me was 6 weeks out. I advise them that I didn't just buy a vehicle from them to let it sit somewhere for 6 weeks. After looking a little harder they told me I could drop it there and they would get to in about a week. A day before they were suppose to work on it, I had a representative call me to give me an update. At that time I was impressed with their professionalism. They did tell me that the could not get it to replicate the noise that they heard on the video I sent them. They told me they would try the next day to see if they could get it to do it when it was first thing in the morning. That was about a week and half ago. I've call 3 days in a row now. Left messages with multiple people and have not received a call back. They have definitely lost my respect. I tried give constructive criticism here in efforts to help them improve on their service they are providing. Amendment: I had a GM contact me first thing this morning. He did take measures to dive into this and help me resolve the issues I was having. As a business owner myself, I understand that we can not control every situation to result in the initial outcome we want. However, the efforts he put forth to resolve this were greatly appreciated and as I would do myself. Thank you! read more

I have to give a 5 today. I thought there was an issue with the oxygen sensors on my car. Since it was time for an oil change i asked that they check out what was a suspected issue. When Jeremy said the car was ready and no problem with anything i was beyond delighted not just because i was keeping my money in my account but because he was honest. Bought a 2018 Lincoln Navigator. I like the vehicle but the navigational system is awful. When you pay this much for a car you expect features like that to work. We cannot rely on it for long trips. We will turn it on but keep GPS from Google Maps running at the same time. Maps will take us in a different direction and when we pass the turn for the Lincoln system, the ETA actually gets better proving that the Lincoln system was wrong. The maps are also in big need of updating. We have complained more than once to the dealer and they have agreed but nothing gets done. read more
