When I asked for a product, I was met with a look and silence. When I asked again, they responded with "I heard you. Can I see your ID?" The issue wasn't asking for my ID, it was the initial blank stare and lack of response, then responding  in a rude tone as if I caused an inconvenience. No one else was in the store and, again, they were on their phone prior to assisting the customer. I have gone to this place times before and have never experienced this kind of behavior. Maybe they were having a bad day, but customer service is the job. If you can't do the bare minimum, maybe don't work in retail.

I told the employees that about the previous experience I had in their store, and they said absolutely nothing about it. No apology, no remorse, just ignored. When you screw over a customer, you make an effort, any effort to make it up to them, that's how you stay in business. I didn't bring this to your attention to get sympathy or a discount (but I would need one to shop here.) Save your money, go somewhere else. They do have a decent selection on pipes and vapes, but be prepared to pay much higher than you probably should.

Doc's selection is unparalleled in Westchester. They are one of the only stores that regularly get rare exclusives like the Opus X.
