There's a cardio room and racket ball courts. It's connected to a hotel and is also the hotel gym hahaha, but that also means with the membership or daily fee, you get access to the pool, hot tub, and great locker room. I've only seen a max of 10 people using the weight room at a time. Very friendly management/training staff too, willing to put together a fitness program for you! Plenty of free parking.

Although I seem to have trouble designing a workout with having a chronic knee injury, this was no problem for Brad as every session is kept fun and innovative. Brad is always conscious of your energy level but knows when to push you. Since coming to Inner Circle Fitness, Brad has also carried out family training sessions for myself and my parents. We are all at different fitness levels and my father and i have our own personal injuries. Brad was excellent at keeping us all motivated and pushing us while challenging our personal fitness levels. I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at the Life Time…read morePlymouth location on the evening of July 18th, 2026 at approximately 8:00 p.m. I brought two friends with me as my guests. Upon arriving, I was informed that the Plymouth location was not included in my membership and that, because it was after 6:00 p.m., my guest passes were no longer valid. My friend then offered to pay the guest fee of $50 each for himself and his father, but your front desk representative informed us that this was not allowed after 6:00 p.m. I fully understand that employees are required to enforce Life Time's policies, and I have no issue with the rules themselves. My concern is with the manner in which we were treated. The representative was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Her tone of voice, attitude, and overall demeanor made us feel unwelcome from the moment we approached the desk. Good customer service requires treating members and guests with courtesy and respect, even when delivering disappointing news, and unfortunately that did not happen. As we were leaving, the representative used her radio to communicate with someone. I could not hear what she said, but as we were riding the elevator, a Life Time employee who appeared to be part of the security staff approached her and spoke with him, then pointed in our direction. This left the three of us confused and uncomfortable, especially since we had been respectful throughout the entire interaction and had not caused any disturbance. I did not catch the representative's name, but she was working the front desk at approximately 8:00 p.m. I respectfully ask that management review the security footage and, if available, the audio from our interaction so you can evaluate how the situation was handled. I hope management will investigate this matter thoroughly and take the appropriate action to ensure that members and their guests are treated with professionalism and respect in the future. Regrettably, this experience has left such a negative impression that I have decided to cancel my membership. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response. (The customer service is a black lady, possibly her name is Norma or something similar)

I love this lifetime! It's super close to my house and I love taking yoga and barre classes…read morethroughout the week. I feel like they are offered at good times and parking is typically pretty easy to find as well. All the front desk staff are very nice too and the instructors are great as well and always open to help with any questions. I wish they had a few more classes around 7 pm because it's great going after work since rush hour pushes the time I get home quite a bit.

Recently joined definitely not my ideal gym who's got plenty of experience in the gym. The trainer…read morehere is very much a distraction because he feels he needs to take up a 1/3 to1/2 of the gym to train a client. And for somebody who has over 10 years of PT experience and noticing this annoyance has me looking for another gym for myself and my fiancé. I have also noticed a number of members plus the trainer not able to keep their opinions to themselves and talk about members in a negative manner plus myself. I recommend if your trying to use a 24/7 gym but if your looking for something beyond that look elsewhere. The management is fantastic. Tim is a great manager and that is the biggest plus here
