My first experience with personal trainer and Brad has been great in listening to my objectives and developing a plan that meets them.

My experience with Coach Ron was so overwhelmingly positive that I have to wonder if the previous…read morereviewer and I are even talking about the same person. For what it's worth, I originally found Coach Ron through the CoachUp website where every single person raved about him, with dozens of 5-star reviews! Also he did not try to "upsell" me at any point during our training - he actually told me that with my modest running goals I wouldn't need any more sessions, unless I wanted to take things to the next level myself. As a background, I hired Coach Ron to look at my running form and help with any tips as a beginner runner. Previously, I got up to running for about 30 minutes on the treadmill but had to stop because of ankle strain. Coach Ron looked at my running style and "prescribed" a couple strength-building exercises to help with my ankle and overall strength, as well as recommended a shoe fitting expert because my old shoes weren't up to par. His instructions definitely helped as I am no longer feeling any nagging ankle pain during my morning run! I should also mention that I did not have any communication issues with Coach Ron - I've found it easy to schedule my appointment and he was very professional the whole time. In fact, what I've enjoyed about Coach Ron the most is that he is clearly very experienced but also really down-to-earth and positive. All in all I could not recommend Coach Ron more highly, and I look forward to more sessions with him after I progress a little farther as a runner!

The problem wasn't the plan I was given, it was the no communication/feedback to the workouts I was completing on Addaero. My phone number wasn't even in his contacts until at least the 5th week of working with him. He would leave a msg saying I don't know who this is, you're not in my contacts. The couple times he did text me, it was to work out on his schedule and I had to drive the distance to meet him. Now he has to ask his current clients to please give him positive feedback. You shouldn't have to ask if you're that good :/

Going to class at Balanced Barre has become as fundamental to my weekend routine as say... eating…read moreor sleeping. That is how phenomenal this place is. Barre fitness at it's core is a combination of yoga, pilates, and strength training that utilizes the ballet barre to assist with alignment as you sculpt and tone your entire body. An amazing workout that is accessible to people of all ability levels! I'm obsessed. Now on to the specifics that make Balanced Barre so special. It was recently opened last November by Tina, who has been teaching pilates for a long time and has wanted to have her own place for a very long time. Tina is one of the best fitness instructors I have ever had and that means a lot considering I have taken classes from upwards of 50 different instructors. The seriousness with which she approaches each class is so impressive, and she takes time to do adjustments on each student to make sure we are doing all of the postures right. Her taste in music is great and she does all of the reps along with us for the entire class, which is something you learn to deeply appreciate once you have either (a) taught a fitness class yourself or (b) taken class from an instructor that consistently sits there and guides, but doesn't actually do the moves. PLEASE do yourself a favor and try this style of movement and this particular studio. You'll be hooked - I promise!

The cardio class was defiantly harder but they both really push you. It was nice to go to a class that was different than the standard yoga or gym strength training. I shake every time so I know it is working. The atmosphere is great as well. All of the instructors keep the class upbeat and have great music pumping. The classes are never too crowded and there is no judgment. Scheduling is amazing with BB. Buying packages and signing up for classes is extremely convenient and easy. I've even been able to bring some friends and have them use some of my sessions. Overall I do think the classes are pretty affordable and the packages make it even more affordable. Give Balanced Barre a shot and you won't be upset! The only difficult part is getting to class on time. I can never make it to the 5:45 sessions so I stick to the weekends.

We are recently new members of SNAPFITNESS, due to LIFETIME being closed at 10 my significant other thought of trying this company. We signed up at SNAPFITNESS on Bass Lake Rd and I'm quite impress how clean and respectable the members that uses that facility. When you walk in, it states clearly what are the rules that needed to be followed and by the look of it, members do. My Wife and I thought of trying other SNAP gyms and we came to this one...........WOW!!! Can I say lack of enthusiasm of keeping this place clean, neat and I have to add..maintenance on there equipments?!!! Loose bolts on DB's, BB's, bicep curl machine, lack of grease on cable machines, dust on machines that are not used due to used for distance spacing. Ok, I get it......one of these days this location is going to be sued for lack of maintenance and it'll cost the owner way more money than fixing this place. So new gym goers, before using this facility or even their equipments, pls check if things are intact or usable before you find out you lost a finger or a toe due to bad maintenance
