I recently tore my right shoulder, and was referred to Advantage Physical Therapy, by my attending…read moredoctor. I had, I believe 11 visits and felt like they really cared about me, I was divided among, two therapists, but all of the therapists there, were amazing! They always greeted me, happily, when I walked in, some knew me by name, that didn't even work with me. They were always interested about my progress and my pain levels. I thought was nice, if I was feeling extra pain, I received a nice therapy/massage session in that area, which was nice and much needed. They seemed to really care, sincerely. I was in and out in the allotted time, but never felt rushed. In fact they always spent plenty of time with me and made sure of my progress; both negative and positive. Ultimately I have to go in for an MRI and my doctor was thinking of changing to a different physical therapy, post*op. I was quick to tell him "no, please, I would like to stay with the same business...". Praying I don't need surgery, but if needed, I will be back for my recovery. On another note, I loved how we could watch current and previous Olympians performing, on tv, in the waiting room. The other clients were familiar to me too, as I began to know them, visit after visit.
