Started coming here about 1 year ago with foot problem, then I happened to get in car accident and back again. Dr B, Dr O and his staff are very professional and nice. Very knowledgeable and good to their patients they don't just start working o you but they explain what's going on what action plan is. . I had to edit my review because I received a note from Yelp warning me there had been complaints about it so I'll keep it straight and simple: I do not recommend David Biedebach as a chiropractor. I called the office because I was having back pain. During my visit he was very adamant that I needed serious help and tried hard to convince me to charge $5000 on my credit card for a year of care. To be clear, he wasn't mean and I never felt threatened BUT I've never been subjected to this kind of sales pitch in any of my trips to any other Chiropractor (unfortunately I've been to many). The "back cracking" he did give me was very basic and nothing more or less than I have received anywhere else. Ultimately he spent more time on the sales pitch than attending to my back. I could not get out of there fast enough, found another place and was pain free in less than a month. read more

I used Dr. B as my chiro more than 10 years ago, and its taken THAT long for the sting of his insurance scam to subside enough that I'm willing to seek out Chiro services again. Of course this time yelp is here to help me look. I was shocked to see that he has moved from Willow over to Townsgate, but only in that I can't believe this guy is still in business. The other negative reviews, are EXACTLY what he did to me, more than 10 years ago. Not only that but he had us multi level marketing our friends and family as well. When I brought my young boys in for an evaluation, he gave them both a grim diagnosis with terrible spine curves etc. When I took them to SCOI for a second opinion, you guessed it, they were both fine. This guy is a piece of work. If you are foolish enough to sign up for his pay up front while I bill and keep all the insurance money scam, Don't miss an appointment or try to just cancel the entire thing. His office will telemarket you, hounding you relentlessly until you give in or change your number. Thankfully the office was just a little afraid of my biker husband, so when he went in and told them to cease and desist, they did. Not before soaking me for that pay up front fee, AND billing (and keeping) my insurance. I did the book keeping, and it was twice what the upfront fee was, because I had excellent insurance which actually PAID their office well. He also charged me up front for orthotics, and said when the insurance sent the check, they'd reimburse me. Huh?? I have BCBS, so when I pay something up front, BCBS reimburses me, not the Dr. I can not see how this guy isn't in JAIL for all the fraud he commits. Run. Run as fast as you can from this guy. You're better off letting the kids do your chiro work. Seriously. read more

If I could I would give this office and all the doctors who treated me there I would give them zero stars because they are working for profit to get more money in their pocket. I used Dr. B as a chiropractor after I had my first car accident, he was always too busy to treat me in the office, but he had some other doctor in training to treat me. I had a lawyer on my car accident case, he told them, if he doesn't get paid what he was asking for, that he will go after me when the case will close. I wasn't surprised, it was all about the money. Because the money, payments, and appointments he made me think it will help me after I've been through, my back now even worse than before. Dr.B. is not a very honest person, and very shady, so is his wife, they recommended to me I need Vitamin B-12 shots, I shouldn't trust them. I originally went to see Dr B to treat a sudden onset of vertigo. I had this happen before and it took months for it to subside with prescription medication, acupuncture, PT and chiropractic care. This was completely different, with Dr B's through understanding of the illness and a treatment plan complete with home exercises, a few diet restrictions and several adjustments within a few days my dizziness had subsided and I was able to get back to my regular activities. I met Dr. O several years ago through business and he was highly recommended. I had been suffering with neck and back pain due to an accident so I decided to give him a try! I am so glad I did! Unlike any other chiropractor that I have used, Dr. O first does a full evaluation along with x-rays to makes sure that he knows exactly what he is dealing with. His appointments always started on time and he was friendly and polite. When I left each appointment, I always felt better than when I arrived. I tweaked my lower back while playing basketball in early 2014 and decided to see a chiropractor. I looked for someone close to work and discovered Conejo Chiropractic was right down the road from my office, so I called and made an appointment. Dr. B did a full workup, including x-rays, and he discovered I had a birth defect in my lower back that was limiting movement and over time, had caused degeneration of the disks to the point of pinching some nerves. If left untreated, it would surely result in back surgery in the future. He did not recommend surgery but instead a treatment plan specific for me to keep my lower back moving, avoid surgery, and keep me playing basketball. It has now been over 6 years and am not only still able to play basketball regularly, but I am reaping so many other benefits from the regular chiropractic treatments such as reduced headaches/migraines and knee pain, and improved sleep and immunity. Dr. B and Dr. O are very knowledgeable and personable, and the office staff are friendly, so even though the office is no longer right down the road from my office, I am still willing to drive 100 miles round trip every 2 weeks for treatment. My wife and daughter also get regular adjustments and based on our positive experience, I have recommended chiropractic care to family members, friends, and coworkers as it relates to their health. What I have learned is that there are many misconceptions out there about chiropractic care and while I'm sure some chiropractors are better than others, I am so glad I found Dr. B and Dr. O because they have improved my quality of life. read more

Dr Biedebach gives medicine a terrible name! He is an absolute charlatan, and really should be censured by the Medical Board, due to the unscrupulous manner in which he practices. I went to him for an adjustment, and before I knew it, he had corraled me into an office for a 2 hour sales pitch, about why I should pay him $5000 in advance for his future services!!! I suffer from a very rare disease, and would do almost anything to seek a cure....Well, Dr B informed me and my wife he could "cure" me, once I gave him my Visa card to charge $5,000! My wife actually laughed at him and walked out!!! I'll admit that I did allow him to adjust me a few times, but he'd spend no more than 3 minutes with me, adjust me, walk out, and charge my insurance over $250 per session!!! No heating pads, no electrical stimulation, nothing other than the old "adjust, run, and bill" routine!!! He quite simply is the worst doctor that I have ever encountered, bar none! I have told my story to more people than I can remember, and it is amazing how many others were given this sales pitch by this Doctor! I actually considered sitting outside his office with a billboard that reads "I went to Dr. Biedebach... and... Larry H Parker got me $2.1 million dollars!" Please, please find another chiropractor, there are plenty of good ones in this area who, provide compassionate, competent care.!) NO patient in pain and needing treatment should have to endure such "hard sale" tactics, especially when they are physically vulnerable. Truly unprofessional. I know of NO physician that conducts their practice in such manner...NONE! (oh, and yes, after you pay him $5,000, he'll still invoice your insurance according to Dr B. Huh? He even told me "they'd sort it out at the end of the year, and I might get some money back!" Shameful!). Go online and Google "chiropractor and treatment contracts" and you'll read how courts have found this action indefensible...the medical community is humiliated by it as well. read more

Dave is a great Chiro and is one of the best in the Conejo Valley area. He has a great understanding of the whole body which makes treatment options for different ailments readily available to you that produce results. Therapy and treatment isn't easy by any standard, but at the end of the day I was confident that my body was getting better and responding to treatment. I will go back to Dr. Biedebach any time. I received treatment from Dr. B. for about a year. I was uncomfortable at the beginning when I was taken into a room by one of his office assts., shown a piece of paper with a payment schedule and costs of treatment. I was also asked to pay up front immediately via credit card. To my regret I did that. Then I received bills from my insurance company that he was billing them and collecting from them as well as from me!!! Double billing!!! At that point I decided to stop going to him which I did. I think he is dishonest and a "con man." Be aware of his tactics. I'm sure there are other more reputable doctors in his field. read more
