Everyone there is so warm and welcoming, and there is no judgement there at all. There are so much laughter and chatter, it's always such a warm and fun atmosphere. I know it's seems almost impossible to wake up at 5am and be at the gym by 6am for exercise, but once you get into the rhythm of starting your day early and sleeping early, it does wonders for your body and energy! The pricing is also very affordable, and bootcamp membership is offered in chunks of 3-months/6-months/a year. I'm only be in California for an undetermined amount of time, and after expressing my concerns, Mitch was very understanding and accommodating, so we were able to find something for me. Time flies really fast during bootcamp, but what I really appreciate is that there's no pressure to do beyond what you're capable of, you can go at your own pace and no one will judge you. Dianne and Mitch both demonstrate each exercise so it's easy to follow along, and they keep track of how many sets of each exercise we do. One of the biggest things they emphasize is correct posture, so you don't accidentally injure yourself during exercise. I've walked out of gym feeling all my muscles aching (in a good way!!) and I definitely am feeling so much healthier and less antsy I recommended my sister to come here as well and today was her first day of PT. It's her first time going to a gym for exercise, so having a PT to personally guide her was a good choice. She said it was a little bit of a challenge but she appreciated how attentive they were to the exercises she could do and the ones she struggled with. Needless to say, this was a great choice for us!! Thank you so much!

For those who love Yoga, Mourad is a Nationally Certified Yoga Instructor with a specialty certification in Yin Yoga. Mourad and Pam work with each client on overall fitness and health. They both make a great team! Hiring a personal trainer can be on the pricey side when you compare to today's mega gyms with lots of people, but I get personalized training with someone who has expert knowledge of the body, get strength where I need it and knows exactly what I need to improve my daily health and well-being. If you don't do the work, the ability to do things as you get older, your body weakens to the point you can't or don't want to do the things you used to do. I'm 62 years old. I'll be goddamn if I will join a club with the owner that speaks to me like that. It seems like it is geriatric facility... Being the fact that there was nothing but 65-year-old and above people in my view who attended the fitness and training so that's probably why her prices are so Outrageous! I hope you feel good reading this review Pam because your prices are ridiculous and you like gouging people, especially older people where they're health insurance probably pays you a percentage of what the actual client pays you I would never consider that! With that being said, they do have TRX bands and assault bikes as well as a variety of weights. They also offer beverages between $1-$5. They were also nice to let you use the assault bikes before and after class. I was expecting more of an energetic and motivated crowd but it was more of a mellow crew of retirees and a preteen boy. It was definitely not what I expected in a bootcamp/HIIT class. Nevertheless, it was a great class albeit I felt like the only gym rat there. Earlier in the class, there was some confusion (partially because the trainer was also teaching people online) but he was able to modify some of the routine so most of us understood what to do. I never expected wanting to do more after a workout but this is a great class if you want to be challenged but not physically exhausted. I also recommend a voice amplifier and more prompts (i.e lift your arms above your head, etc) for the trainer as there was some confusion (maybe due to the music, his low tone or lack of prompts). Will visit again if I'm in the area as it's relatively close to where my family lives. Overall, great place for those with kids. The place is very family oriented and seems like everyone who's there knows everyone. Great spot for birthday parties and other holiday celebrations. It's too bad that the marketplace that was within walking distance had that terrible fire accident. People have said that it was a go-to spot whenever they came to the club. My daughter has been learning progressively through iBest's curriculum and enrichment courses and I truly think that her public school education alone would not get her to where she is now. She often recites or sings what she learned here, which goes to show how much she enjoys the learning process. I always feel confident knowing that her after school teachers are helping her learn beyond her school curriculum and setting her up for academic success. I'm often busy to check her homework but when I do, I'm amazed at how much she has learned within a few weeks. In addition to their academic program, I really appreciate the staff's genuine care. Jessica, Annie, Yiping, and Lan-- they are all great and superb with their communication in-person, via email, or phone. I can feel that they prioritize the safety and well-being of my child, for example, by calling me to double confirm if someone picked her up from school when they heard from their driver that I had texted for no pick-up that day. Also, I'm not sure how they keep up with the details but they somehow manage to remember what she brought to school that day (stuffed doll, what type of outerwear - jacket/cardigan, her water bottle, etc). They also check to make sure my kid finished her packed lunch at school; if not they help heat it up for her to finish. Lastly, I'm sure working parents would be thrilled to know that iBest has been really great about opening and offering childcare on days that public schools (randomly) close. They are open pretty much all year with the exception of major holidays. This is our first year of public school and I've heard from other working parents about the complexity of finding multiple weekly summer programs- but I'm so grateful that iBest provides all of this. It brings every parent a peace of mind!

What I love most is that Moxie is a women-only gym. Even when it's busy, it never feels overcrowded or overwhelming. The gym has lots of updated machines and equipment, and it's always clean and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. A special shoutout to Cassandra! She seems to know everyone by name, which really speaks to how dedicated and personable she is. She always takes the time to greet members and genuinely helps create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Moxie, for making it such a positive place to get a work out in. It would be great to see some newer equipment and additions like a Smith machine or hip thrust machine. My sister and I had an uncomfortable experience when we visited together. A trainer asked us to swipe in separately, assuming we were trying to share a membership. The way we were approached didn't feel very welcoming or respectful. It's also frustrating to see the owners opening a new Pilates studio while this location still needs updates. And honestly, for a women's-only gym, it's surprising there's no childcare option. I think that would make a big difference for many members. I prepaid for an annual membership and honestly unsure if I will renew when the time comes.

They have some really great equipment that is hard to…read morefind elsewhere, especially for building glutes (multiple hip thrust machines from Peach Builder, RDL machine which I've never seen anywhere else, standing hip abduction, angled squat, you name it). They also have a ton of squat racks and benches available so you can probably always find equipment--we came while half the squat racks were taken because a class was in session and we (3 of us) still didn't need to wait for any equipment. My only complaint is that there is no designated room for the classes, so it can get really loud while they're teaching them because you have to work out in the same area. It would have been good to have a warning about that before.

Update, still a beautiful facility, very clean but I have some things I'm not crazy about…read more 1.It's stuffy, I don't know if they use the AC, but if they do it's still warm, like mid 70's feeling which is abnormal if you're used to commercial gyms which temps hover around 67-72 degrees. They recently put in two industrial sized fans, but it doesn't solve the lack of ventilation/circulation 2.They are always out of paper towels but they do have small microfiber rags available 3.The incline bench press has a platform for a spotter but it is too close to the wall 4. Their water filter says it needs to be replaced, I don't know if that is accurate or not, but I did try it and it tastes fine. 5.The parking lot gets tight, I wonder if the spaces are not regular sized because I have had to climb into the driver's seat through the passenger's side because someone parked too close even though I park pretty smack dab in the middle between the lines. For double the price of a typical gym points 1 and 2 seem very fixable. The rest are just small grievances, or simply observations. Still a great gym. Love the culture and appreciate the gym etiquette compared to commercial gyms. The trainers are knowledgeable and kind.

She is so much fun to exercise with! I am a huge fan of her music and dance choreography! Seriously one of the very best around. She is incredibly motivating, knowledgeable and puts together very effective programs that are very easy to follow and stick to. I absolutely love working out with her. It's a bonus now that she is online I can easily sign into my class while my baby naps and take it on demand. I have seen amazing results with her workouts and I just really can't wait to do them. I always have the songs from class in my head too! Major good vibes! Highly recommend!

I began personal training in Feb 2024 to tone and feel confident on my Big Day (Oct 2024) and to restore healthy habits that I lost during Covid. When I first came to Aileen, I couldn't do a modified push-up, I had joint pain from carrying around ~15 extra lbs, and would tire after playing with my 25 lb niece. Coach Aileen guided me through a gradual and intentional fitness journey, building my confidence and strength over time. Her extensive knowledge spans injury prevention, strength training, endurance training, nutrition / macro tracking, and overall wellness. She offers valuable tips and recommendations for creating a holistic, sustainable wellness plan, including stretching, walking, rolling, and nutrition tips (hydration, vitamins, electrolytes, etc.) What sets Coach Aileen apart is her personable approach and ability to make our (difficult!) sessions enjoyable and engaging while maintaining a professional focus. I honestly can say I couldn't have found a better place than Lifestyle Reset and Coach Aileen. Her approach to health is holistic, effective, and sustainable. Her demeanor is positive, warm and extremely supportive. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the body and best way to achieve weight loss goals for each individual! I am extremely impressed with her level of knowledge, commitment, and passion she has for what she does. I have been with her for a couple of months now, and I have never felt better. This is the first time I feel like I am losing weight in a healthy, sustained way and I am seeing results! Best of all, she coaches you on how to meet your body's nutritional goals so you are not feeling hungry or lacking energy throughout the day (which is HUGE for me!). Visited the gym recently and had a really BAD experience with the front desk attendant, Jacob. I…read morewas previously able to attend a class with my daughter using my "bring a friend" benefit, so I didn't realize it couldn't be used for group fitness classes. Instead of explaining the policy, he was RUDE, dismissive, and made us feel uncomfortable. When we asked about a guest pass, he bluntly said no. After we came back with a buddy pass, he laughed in our faces. We were also never informed there was a $10 option to attend, which we would have happily paid. We ultimately left and went to 24 Hour Fitness using my daughter's membership, and had the complete opposite experience--staff and instructor were welcoming and professional. Time to change gyms.
