After years of being away from the gym/working out, I reconnected with Heather. I explained I was wanting to start using weights again, but, that I need to work around my injury, and all the pain around it. She listened, asked questions and right away said she was there for me. She said "see you at 6:30am tomorrow". My first instinct was fear. I had been in so much pain, and working out sounded painful. But, I decided, I'm in pain no matter what, and I'm ready to try. I was referred to a trainer by my previous trainer. Unfortunately the trainer I was referred to couldn't meet my scheduling needs, so she graciously referred me to another trainer. The trainer she referred me to was a trainer at all Steele fitness by the name of Camilo. I trained for some time with camilo, but it became clear that unfortunately Camilo's training style very much clashed with my rheumatoid arthritis, yet despite my complaints of pain, he viewed it as just excuses. This is very unfortunate as I paid for 6 months in advance. Finally I had to be honest with myself and with Camilo and ask him to refund the two remaining months of training. He basically hustled me into keeping one month of training even though I really didn't want to. I had no energy to argue and I honestly didn't want to hurt his feelings. Fast forward from April until June... I explained to camilo that I just don't plan to return. He made a very elaborate story of car accident and trips he purchased as a reason he could not refund my money. He then asked a single mother like myself to have empathy and to accept a payment plan from him for $30/month. It would take 2 years for him to repay this. I've tried reasoning with him, even offering to accept a payment plan with interest. He refused. I've tried calling the owner Chance without any kind of response. If you're in the market for a trainer, steer clear of all steel fitness. read more

I decided to work on getting back into shape and boy did I forget what working out with this All Steele Fitness was like. I put on my workout clothes, got my water bottle and was on my way. I am only in my 2nd month of working out with Chance and Heather, But they have really shown me alot about what i needed to work on. From when you walk in to when you leave you always feel welcome. I love All Steele. I've been training with both Chance and Heather in their group classes. I've lost 20 pounds with Heather before and recommend them both. I've tried other places and to tell you the truth the best thing that All Steele has, compared to others, is the atmosphere. I have never felt as comfortable anywhere else. Past instances with other trainers had made me fear and feel as though they were all pretentious pricks, however, you don't feel that way with this team. I recently returned to All Steele Fitness and rejoined Circuit Group training. I stopped coming because of the COVID19 shut down in 2020. Since then I had total hip replacement on the right side and just in March 2022 I had total hip replacement surgery on the left side. I returned to All Steel on Doctors orders to get a trainer and build muscle. Circuit training with Heather at All Steele is just what I needed. Si I was really happy at first with the results I was seeing then unfortunately I started having neck and back pain. I told my trainer about my issues but she kept pushing me to do excercises I was physically not able to do. I then stopped going at the end of August because my chiro told me to stop going to boot camp. Little did I know All Steel was charging me $100 a month although I was not attending. I managed to get a refund for one month but not the prior month they had charged on my account. Learned my lesson not to go to these boot camps. I ended up paying technically 1.5 months for services they did not render. read more

I'm not in the habit of giving 5 stars to anything, but I'd give All Steele even more stars if I could. I've worked out with Chance and Heather over the last 12 months. I've lost 40 lbs and gone from a size 12 to a size 6! I've actually had people describe me as tiny. In case you're wondering, I spent most of my adult life hovering around 200 lbs. and at 5' 3" tall, I wasn't just plump, I was FAT. My favorite activity was napping. No more; now you can find me out enjoying life. I hike, I bike and I love to get down on the floor to play with my grandkids. Recently I was working out in a group session swinging the 53 lb kettle bell. I heard some talking going on behind me and Chance came up and asked me my age. I proudly told him 56! The ladies asking were in their 30's and couldn't keep up :-). I'm proof that if you work the All Steele plan, the plan will work for you. The best thing is that Heather and Chance care about their clients. If you've got health issues (I used to wear a knee brace, but no more) they take that all into consideration and give you challenges you can meet, if you want to. I have been coming to train at All Steele for about 6 months and I look better at 46 than I did at 26. The workout is killer; I mean like the 300 actors workout; but you will love your results. I lost 34 inches and 10 lbs of body fat and I only needed to lose about 20lbs. I have to add, I had severe low back pain when I started. I was experiencing Sciatica and taking Motrin like candy. I have been pain free for months. Heather and Chance modified when I needed and taught me how to work through the pain properly. They are very experienced and knowledgable.
