We turned our living room into a makeshift home fitness center and managed to workout daily for years, and even after the Great Unmasking, we were hesitant. In September, we decided to give this Orangething in our backyard a go. Five days a week, this place has me dripping within about 13 minutes of the hour long ordeal. For the uninitiated, this program cycles through treadmill, rowing machine and floor exercises, every day offers a dynamic, carefully timed routine, and I always start on the tread because I'm the type of person that wants to get the worst part over with right away. I can say that during my decade-plus time working out at UFC Gym, I never lost weight. Here, in just a couple months, I'm down at least seven pounds and two inches disappeared from my waistline. Sweet. The quality of instructors generally blows me away. Diverse in gender, ethnicity and age, these people are the pinnacle of professionalism, I just can't believe they teach every class as if they've rehearsed it for weeks. The office is friendly, and if you're a social butterfly you'll find your gun show tribe, here.
