I love that the equipment and machines are modern and functional for workouts. For example, this studio has squat racks, which I know other F45 studios do not have. Even if you're running a little late or need help getting caught up with the workout, they're willing to help instead of making you feel uncomfortable or giving off weird energy. That was something I really noticed compared to my previous location. The only reason I'm deducting a star is the shower area. Compared to Diamond Bar and some other F45 locations, the shower here feels pretty outdated and honestly a little like a dungeon. It reminds me more of an older 24 Hour Fitness shower than the more modern, home-style showers I've seen at other locations. I really wish they would renovate it or at least brighten it up and make it feel more inviting. Other than the shower, I really like this location and would definitely recommend it.
