I can't say enough good things about No Limit. I joined to improve my sports performance and it really helped me build power and strength for softball. Also, I love the space, energy, and music. My trainer Garrett is an amazing; he helped me with my back problems and build so much confidence in lifting heavier. He's has endless knowledge about health, fitness, music, you name it. Really cool guy. We even got to do some Olympic lifting movements, since he's a certified trainer. Unfortunately, I had to end my membership because I couldn't afford it anymore, but hoping to come back when I can. Definitely recommend training here! read more

I've been going to No Limit Personal Training for six months now and it has completely changed my relationship with working out. Just started here and it's awesome. Facility is clean, instructors are accommodating, patrons are welcoming. The workouts themselves are intense but effective and fun. I love that there are options to keep things either cardio heavy or strength heavy - your choice. I've waited 3 months to write this review, so I could truly share an honest experience. I've been a member of several other "gyms" but nothing like No Limit!! I also took one free class at 6 others gyms, before walking in No Limit and knowing, I've found my place!! This is NOT your typical muscle head, Put your make-up on kind of gym! It's an all inclusive family environment! Coaches and members encourage you along your journey! They genuinely care about your health and make several modifications (if needed, and I do) so that you don't get injured and build muscle. I've been going to no limit for 3 years and signed up for another. I love that there are so many group classes throughout the day that can be easily modified for any level and age. The coaches are awesome and always ensure you are using the proper technique for each exercise. I've never done 1on1 coaching, but I know that everyone that does, really enjoys it too. It really is like a second family It feels like home when you arrive for your workout for the day. The trainers are so good about learning everyone's names. I usually go to the 5:15s (which I love), but I woke up a little late today and knew I'd be late--still decided to go. Nathaniel had already finished the demo, but he was SO kind and walked me through everything, even helped me with my own quick warm-up. Everyone there was cheering me on just for making it to class, which was honestly so refreshing. I've been to Pilates studios that kick you out and charge you for being five minutes late, so it meant a lot to be somewhere that's just happy you showed up. After 6 years of training here, this is still the best place to take care of yourself in Orange County. Put the work in, get over your fear, and have fun doing it. Excuse #1- I don't have time- neither do I but I made it a priority. It can be done, just has to be important to you. You CAN wake up an hour earlier, watch less TV, it's all there. Call yourself out on it. Excuse #2- I'm embarrassed- about what? Not being in the gym and taking care of yourself should embarrass you more. Look at yourself in the mirror. We relocated to the area in March 2024 and I was looking for a gym/workout studio that offered classes to be efficient with time. I have found that and more with NLPT. I participate in the group training classes. Those classes offer a lot of variety and you are in and out in one hour. The coaches are great, really pay attention to everyone and won't hesitate to provide guidance during the workout. They are also fantastic at offering modifications for injuries, etc. There are a lot of friendly faces and that's just really nice. I don't feel like I need to bro it out. I started a little over 4 weeks ago and I had no idea what to expect. Being 100 lbs overweight, I was intimidated to even go. After speaking to Malarie, I was more at ease. My first session was amazing. I was introduced to the group and the instructor was so welcoming and accommodating to help modify some of the exercises. With being my first day there were quite a few that needed to be modified. The other members were also friendly and encouraging as well. As hard as the first day was, I wanted to keep coming. Because of the community there, not once did I feel embarrassed or like I didn't belong there. All of the instructors are amazing! 4 weeks ago I could not lift a case of water at Sam's or Costco or could I touch my feet, now I can.
