I can attest from personal observation; Sam takes great care of her panting pooches and always has them in control. She recently purchased a small, cargo-style van to be more accommodating and, on many occasions, I've seen her break out the oversized water bowl to keep her pack well hydrated in remote parking lots. Out of care and concern when it gets warm, she'll oftentimes skip walking her pack on the asphalt and pavement at the beach and opts for grass outings at a local park instead. All said, it's no surprise to see she's been successful for 10 years.

They had tried other training places but none have been able to help Queen. My mother is very pleased to have found Paws Chateau. The staff here is very patient and kind. Ms. Louise was very kind and encouraging toward Queen. Ms. Madison was always attentive and caring. Mr. Todd is an excellent trainer. What a wonderful facility!…read more My bf and I were going to be out of town for the weekend and we didn't have anyone who could watch our dog. After doing some research, we found Paws Chateau and thought it was worth giving a try due to the many positive reviews. I really liked that they had an initial first meeting/temperament test to see how your dog plays with other dogs. They had a board in the front welcoming him, which was so cute!! Our dog is very playful and he's a husky mix so he likes to play rough so I was pretty worried that it might be too much. Turns out I was worried about nothing because he played just fine! They had a tv in the drop off area for you watch the play area! That first day was also a free day camp/daycare day which was amazing. They told us we could come back in a couple of hours to pick him up so that was nice. Upon picking him up, they had a report card with comments of how he did. He was knocked out that night. Day comes where we leave him for the weekend. The drop off time is after 3PM so he did get some play time in. We had opted for the deluxe suite since that had a camera in his room and we were able to watch him overnight. He was pretty stressed that first night and was in and out of sleep, which had me worried as it was his first time boarding. But as the days passed, he definitely got better and would sleep through the nights just fine. When we dropped him off, I had asked if they could give him a bath when we picked him up and they were able to do that! I didn't ask for the price but honestly they did a great job. He smelled so good after. They had a promo at the time where if he stayed three nights consecutively the fourth night was free so we did that. So in total, it was $311 for four nights and one bath. They also had a report card for this stay which is now on the fridge. Honestly no boarding is perfect imo. But this place comes pretty close. I would absolutely come back again in the future because riku had such a great time!

On a Sunday, Sharon opened up her doors and adjusted her schedule so that she could see Dottie and that allowed us to go to Knott's Berry Farm for three hours. We had never left our golden retriever with anyone other than family, but since we moved out of state, that was no longer an option. As soon as we met with Emily, I knew she would love and care for him just as we would. She listened to our concerns and understood our worries about leaving him with someone other than family for the first time. She was even on board with us doing a 'trial run' sleepover prior to us leaving to make sure he felt comfortable. Our boy now runs to her front door, walks in her house with his toys, and turns around to look at us like...bye mom and dad, have a good time! He absolutely loves staying with Emily and socializing with other dogs. Emily texted us pictures and updates every single day - she will never truly know how much that was appreciated! He was living his absolute best life playing in her yard, throwing his frisbee, going to the dog parks and even the dog beach! We didn't think he'd want to come home! We live, with traffic, an hour or so from Emily but if she was 5 hours away, I would make the drive...no question about it. She is worth every mile and dollar spent and I highly highly highly recommend her.
