When the incident happened with diego being grabbed by a big dog, you guys gave it no importance, since that dog continued to be in open play ( I saw him on the camera all the time ) I am surprised the staff saw diego showing teeth, most of the staff there are on their phone all the time, not paying attention while they supposed to be "watching the dogs". With the exception of a couple of people that showed cared but they were not there when diego supposedly showed his teeth. Diego is a very lovable small dog, he is not a big vicious dog, and is very strange that at Paws Chateau he NEVER shows teeth or does any of the things you said, in fact, all of the staff there love Diego, and he has fun with the other dogs. In your daycare you guys never even checked to see if he was up to date with vaccines, just like you probably don't check anyone else's . So it surprises me that this facility says they care for the animals.The truth is that you are right, digo likes to cuddle or be loved and the staff was too busy on the phone to be paying attention to him.

She was afraid of most everyone and everything, including people and other animals. We could not get her to venture out of the house, other than to go into our back yard and would not go on a walk. Zuki has been a godsend! She spent lots of time with us, training us to train our dog. She demonstrated behavioral techniques, and gave us numerous opportunities to practice these while she was present. We had weekly homework assignments and she also provided us with additional suggestions on ways to alter Lexi's behavior, as well as suggestions for chew toys and rewarding treats. Now, at 3 years old, we can say, for the most part, we have a well behaved pet who follows commands, no longer chews, rarely digs, and loves to take walks! Right from the beginning Mariela was very fast in her correspondence and was very flexible when we had to switch our initial consultation time. When Mariela and Martha came for the consultation, our 2 dogs took an immediate liking to them, which surprised us because both dogs are rescue dogs and are usually really weary of strangers. By the end of our 30 minute consultation in which Mariela asked many questions about the behaviors and the patterns of the dogs, the 2 dogs were snuggling with Mariela and Martha. During my trip away, I got numerous updates from Martha about the dogs' well being and she also accommodated my request to open/close blinds and turn on/off lights as well as take out trash in order to make my house look occupied. When I came home, I saw daily reports that Martha had written out about her time with the dogs.
