The room where they do Zumba and Bodypump is huge. The instructors are great, I attended Berto's class last night, and he was great! I can't wait to attend another Zumba class of his! The check-in staff is always so friendly. They always greet me when I walk in and say bye when I walk out. VTL training goes on right in the middle by check-in, so it is pretty loud. After a class, sometimes a friend and i like to sit at a table at the front to relax and talk, and it's hard because the VTL has their music really loud.

The last time I was there though the hot tub was closed off and the family bathroom was also closed off. In the Women's locker room one of the showers couldn't be turned on, another couldn't be shut off and the water was running cold. The one I used could be turned on and the water was warm but the water couldn't be turned entirely off. My son came with me and said in the Men's locker room there was no soap available in the provided dispensers in the showers. He said though they were difficult to turn on they functioned okay but one of the hot/cold indicators was loose. So considering how much membership costs, they really need to do a better job keeping the place maintained.

One…read moreday, Roland came up to me and told me that muscles need to be worked out because I literally don't have the strength for good posture. I have worked out with him for about a month and I've had only one migraine since then, as opposed the the 4-8 I would have normally had in this time. Not only do I appreciate the effects he has had on my posture improving, he cares intensely that my form be correct and that I learn how each joint is positioned, and which muscles are being activated and the work out feels short but effective. When he pushes me out of the nest, so to speak, this bird will fly. He's used mostly free weights, my own body weight and bands to train me. My husband uses him too now, he loves it. And lastly, coming from someone who has HATED to work out, I actually like to work out now! TLDR: Try Roland. He's worth the time and money.

There were a few times though where the paper towel dispensers were empty but otherwise, they do a great job in making sure we have what we need. For the most part, guests are good at wiping their machines down before and after use. There were some that don't and WE SEE YOU. Please be courteous and respectful enough to wipe down the machines after using. The bathroom is also clean and organized. Love that everyone is very respectful in the locker room and bathroom area. Additionally, if you are a black card member, their spa room is also amazing. I've tried the cryo machine and it was amazing. I recommend this place!
