It's empty in the evenings AND security hangs out there!* Without going into too much detail, our memberships were covered through a third party benefit through our health insurance. The staff had no idea how to help us or answer our questions about adding kid care. We had to leave and come back TWICE since we had a kid with us and couldn't get her in. I know it was probably a call from corporate, but they still need to make sure their local line staff know what's going on. Otherwise, clean and crisp facility. The women's changing room/bathroom was so spacious and has little nooks where you can hide to change near the lockers. Oh, and "selfie stations" for those who need ;) 6/10 will return. It's expensive when not discounted thru health insurance. And I was kind of annoyed about the beginning of our memberships.

Here there is always a spray bottle and rag within a few steps wherever you go in the gym. Plenty of treadmills. Gets kind of crowded around the free weights. The 29-minute circuit course has become my favorite routine. I just wish some people would respect the circuit part of it and not hog one machine for ten minutes.

I loved that the instructor gave alternatives according to each fitness level so you could really elevate your workout the way you want! The facilities are aesthetically pleasing very clean. The instructor was really good at pointing out areas of improvement during the class and guiding everyone in the room (about 10 of us, all women that morning). There was more dance style technique than I expected, however the slow focused movements really helped to target specific muscles which was great. The staffs (Brian, Mahin, Eric, Jesse, Joe, Ruben, Maya, Veronica, Lala, Melani, and Maria) are really great! I especially want to give a shoutout to Bianca, the Zumba instructor! She is incredibly dedicated, passionate, and full of energy. She always gives 100% and makes every class fun and motivating. You can truly feel how much she loves what she does. Bianca is a world-class Zumba instructor, and having an instructor like her makes me look forward to coming to the gym. She is definitely one of the reasons I enjoy being a member here!

The room where they do Zumba and Bodypump is huge. The instructors are great, I attended Berto's class last night, and he was great! I can't wait to attend another Zumba class of his! The check-in staff is always so friendly. They always greet me when I walk in and say bye when I walk out. VTL training goes on right in the middle by check-in, so it is pretty loud. After a class, sometimes a friend and i like to sit at a table at the front to relax and talk, and it's hard because the VTL has their music really loud.

Yes, you still have to deal with the stereotypical annoying gym people. The guy with the hoodie on who looks like batman slamming weights, the girls doing "leg" exercises snapchatting the entire time, and even the guy doing speed rope in the dumbbell area. Oh that's right, don't forget the guy with headphones on rapping louder than he should. Besides that, staff is hit or miss. Some have an inflated sense of self while others are very helpful. The staff at the front desk is always so friendly and just kind. And the instructors I've had are awesome. They are all different in their teaching routines but they all give you a great workout! I literally have walked out of there, limping and for days iam sore in my arms and quads. The place is a huge open room and it does get hot in there but it does have fans going. During the workouts, people are able to go as fast and as hard as they can and it really does seem like a no judge zone. In a time where one of the top priority as a human being and parent is safety, I had the unfortunate experience where my teenage daughter had to witness a person who was allegedly attacked by one of the employees of your facility. This attack came after the person made a complaint regarding one of the trainers, which I was a witness of such complaint. This event makes me afraid to voice my own future concerns and I no longer feel safe in this facility.
