*Update* Almost a year later, and I'm still going strong! I'm still I disbelief that I still look forward to my 5am class everyday! The energy at this place is insane and contagious! I signed my husband up almost a year ago in el Paseo because I was pregnant and wanted to get him on a fitness journey for himself and the plan was to join him after I had the baby. I did. After 4 months postpartum I joined the lean mommy program. This was at the palm desert location. If you completed the programs requirements which was 15 workouts and 3 seminars then you would get your money back no questions asked. You could apply it to your membership if you decided to join or get it back. Well I enjoyed the workouts and staff so much I decided to join. We moved my husbands membership over to palm desert because we moved and this was closer to our new house. He enjoyed el Paseo but he enjoys palm desert as well. I have been coming for almost 2 months and have seen a huge improvement in myself. We have a pretty solid routine now with myself and husband. We hand off the baby and alternate workout times but are able to make it 5 times a week. The workout environment is amazing... you feel like you have a personal trainer at times. They push you to your capable limits. All the trainers have different approaches in ways to push you but they all keep you working out at your highest capacity. I've never left a workout feeling like it was a waste. I feel like I've accomplished something each time. The gym has tons of equipment to change tempos everyday and they have extra programs you can join as well. They have events for families to stay involved like park day and they have days where they do group hikes with your family and other members. It truly does feel like a family. Being a new mom again and quickly getting my body back has given me so much energy and confidence and I believe this program has 100% attributed to that. They helped with my meal plan and exercise routine. Also they have a metric machine that gets your body measurements and gives a chance to see the breakdowns your body and the progress you've made which helps keep you accountable and gives you a chance to place obtainable goals. I got the 30 day VIP pass so that I could attend any class as well as schedule strength training. The classes are energy packed from 5 am to the evening! I couldn't believe how pumped I get at 6 am. No matter the instructor or the class, it's impossible not to get a good workout! The staff, the owners and even the other gym members are nice and ready to shred! What an amazing gym! I started my Next Level Fitness journey 28 days ago and I feel amazing! The trainers! The staff! The facility! Unrateable...... if I can put 10 stars I would! Great gym that that's about to be even better as it's just finishing up a major renovation. Great staff who know their stuff, push you hard, and get results. They offer you the complete system that you won't find at most other gyms - workouts, meal plans, body and fitness measurements to track progress, and any other advice you'd need to see a real difference. Great for people of all ages and fitness levels. Very flexible schedule of classes. I just started training at Fit In 42 2 months ago and I absolutely love my new workout family!! I have had some major health problems over the past few years and thought that working out in such a fast paced environment was not for me, but it definitely is! I had tried CrossFit before and although this gym may seen to have a similar style, it's very different from anything I've tried before! I've been able to lose 4% of my body fat and this has helped my mental health just as much as my physical health. The trainers know what they're doing and have adapted certain exercises to fit my needs and goals. I truly enjoy waking up every day and going to workout alongside my Fit in 42 Family! The mont of September I joined the Lean Mommy challenge on Fit in 42 Palm Desert, as I needed a program that was gonna helped me work on my nutrition as well as fitness. My fitness experience is none so as I walked in my firs day they corrected my posture and guid me on each work out we did. As of now I noticed that each day it's a different work out. Until now each day it's a new challenger and a surprise on what type of work out we gonna do. That's what I love the most that it's different and not the same so it inspires me to go. One of my biggest challenges is my schedule I have a 7 month old so at times I can't make it to go in at the 8 am class so the good thing is that they have afternoon class where I can go in an not miss my day. The coaches are really friendly and really helpful on any question you have or concern they will answer and help you on the spot. As well I have a bad knee and they help me to work around it and not miss a count on my work out of the day. So what makes this place special for me is that they work with all ages, and level of fitness and they push you at your paste, especially you don't feel judge on the room they all really friendly from the coaches, staff, and work out partners. By the first day or two you end up connecting with someone or everyone and help you on your journey as well invítame you to keep on going. OK...I was approaching my 60th birthday and was in horrible shape - weight, mobility, strength - you name it. I was also approaching an event where there would have been lots of pictures taken of my family, and probably posted online - a thought which made me cringe. I knew I couldn't just jump into any program given my level of conditioning. So when I learned about the philosophy of Fit in 42, I knew it was my ticket to fitness. They truly do meet you where you are in your current level of fitness, or injury, or limitations. My fellow Fit in 42ers in my April group were all in better shape than I was but the coaches gave me modifications so I could still stay with the group. No one, and I mean no one, felt they were either being held back or left behind, given how the program is structured. This is now day 43 for me and there has been significant improvement in every area of health - cardiovascular, strength, mobility, weight, inches, fat loss, muscle gain, mental clarity and psychological outlook. But, I know that this is just the beginning of a lifelong habit. I'm continuing the journey today because I never want to go back to where I was 43 days ago. Net, net. Do it... Just do it. read more

I was a first time customer and I came in looking for a friend that invited me to a class and they took one look at me and said that well too bad because the class started two minutes ago and then they just stared at me. They didn't ask me any questions like have you been here before? Are you familiar with our gym? Is there another class we can get you into? No they just stared at me like I was an idiot . We love Next Level Fitness! I have taken 2 Fit In 42's at Next Level Fitness. When I was done with those programs, I tried taking classes at Gold's gym and that just didn't work for me. I signed up for the all-inclusive classes with semi-private training sessions at NLF. It's an excellent price for the 12 month commitment.
