Our issue falls under the category: you don't know what you don't know. Several years ago, Box of…read moreRain did work on our irrigation system and installed an expensive filtration system. Little did we know that he installed it under our home in an awkward and inappropriate spot so that now, a few years later, having an issue with it but no one can get to it to repair it. Several landscapers have told us we were overcharged for a poorly executed short cut. And now we're screwed. Only a more expensive relocation of the system will solve the problem. Giving them two stars because they came out twice when we originally called them back to check it out but didn't resolve the problem. We had to call another company to get the truth about what was happening under the house. So much for relying on industry experts. I guess we should've learned absolutely everything about the work they proposed, got several companies to give advice and guidance, and take a guess at which was right. Just disgusted with the lack of ethics, value, and ownership in their product and workmanship.
