She asked me to send photos of the problem, took the time to research possible solutions, and even provided contact information for the right company to help. In today's world, it's rare to find a business willing to invest time and effort into helping someone when there's no opportunity for a sale. That level of customer service speaks volumes about the character of both Suzette and the company. A kind gesture and genuine concern for helping others make a lasting impression. Thank you, Suzette, for your professionalism, generosity, and willingness to help. It was greatly appreciated!

Bill takes all the measurements and shows you other photos of previous work done and shows you samples for you to decide on. Suzett calls a few days later to inform you on how the process works. On schedule Suzett calls again to set up an appointment for installation. Installation day comes and Randy and Trey show up on time for the installation on a very hot day. Randy and Trey install the enclosure, clean up the entire area and then show us how the enclosure works and how to maintain it. We were given a tote bag with some cleaning supplies, a tool to make it easier if needed to use the enclosure and a set of detailed instructions on how to use the enclosure year round and how to maintain it. The day after the installation Suzett calls to do a follow up and to answer any questions you might have. Professional and friendly people, quality materials and well made and excellent service from everyone especially Randy and Trey. I would have no problem recommending Porch Protection Systems. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. John & Bobbi

I decided to make it a three-season roof so it has windows on all three sides, all with screens. And it looks great and functions extremely well. In pre-spring when the sun is out the room heats up and is very comfortable. Looking forward to our 1st summer with this room. Construction quality is very good and when we did the final walk-thru, the manager agreed to make a couple of minor tweaks, such as adjust window locks so they would open more easily. Very pleased!

I signed a contract to build a screened porch on our condo in January…read more They were to get the building permit and I was told by project manager that it was approved and he was getting it that day, April 7th. On July 3rd, I get an email from PM asking for the plot plan as he needed it for the building permit. I asked him what was going on as he said he had it back in April. Excuses came forward and so I told him he lied and this was unacceptable. Met with the owner and he denies any knowledge of what's going on, even though I copied him on all my correspondence to PM. So I stated the facts of what happened and said I don't tolerate being lied to and just tell me the truth. We parted on what I thought were good terms. The next week I get an email from this owner, copying his entire staff, attacking me because of my criticizing his employee. I was called a "bully, arrogant, condescending, etc...and not allowed to speak with PM again" I did respond as he did this to defend his incompetent PM and make me look like the problem. So the project starts on 7/17 and immediately they cut into my neighbor's corner post of his condo. The project gets stopped and I call the PM again. He comes and tells my neighbor he will have a crew fix this the next day, which was a Friday. They don't work on Fridays and no one ever showed up so PM lied again. After this they proceed to build the porch on 7/23, only this time they cut into my neighbor's siding and anchor the roof to his wall. Again, no one approved this action. I contacted the builder and told them to get this corrected immediately. Their response was the drawings were approved by all parties and they were not changing. I challenged them to show me where it stated the neighbor's property would be involved. No response. They tell me that I need to sign a design change order and will add $600 to my bill for the deviation. I sent them the Delaware building codes regarding contractors encroaching on private property. I then said I was going to contact the Department of Justice Consumer Affairs Dept and file a complaint. They then rescinded the $600 and went ahead to fix the problem. In conclusion I will say the crew who built the porch, did a fine job and we were satisfied. The process was a nightmare thanks to a dismissive, non-responsive project manager and the owner who condoned that behavior.

I live in Holiday City West, in Toms River NJ. I have tried getting construction help, most of the time no one replies or replies but doesn't show up. Porch King, replied to my request immediately, came out and reviewed the roof installation and gave me a very acceptable price. I was told the project would start in about three weeks, to my surprise it was moved up to a week. I was given a 9 to 9:30 am start time, and they were on the job at 9:15 am. It was expected to take a day or a day and a half, the whole job was completed in 6 hours. The installation looks great, the area was totally cleaned up. All the workers and the boss were polite and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a professional job and a reasonable price. Two things to note: The site for Porch King claims they accept Credit Cards, they do not anymore. Also, even though an address is given, there is no office to visit, you have to give a call for someone to come out.
