It was totally our fault we missed them. The meals were served buffet style and we selected some outstanding items for that as well. All the meat (brisket and chicken) was tender and flavorful, the veggies (grilled seasonal vegetable and garlic green beans) cooked wonderfully and presentation when Chef Matt brought us our plates was amazing. The tables were outfitted with dinnerware, salads, rolls/butter ect. I remember Chef Matt saying to me very early on, we will provide everything down to the salt and pepper shakers! We somehow had 26 no shows at our wedding, and this caused a large amount of surplus food. Chef Matt talked to us briefly and said that he would pack up the food to take to his kitchen. He met up with us on that Sunday with it all ready to take home and he gave us some quick reheat and freeze directions.This is attention to detail that is above and beyond what I could have expected. In a text the week or so before the wedding he told me that he treats each wedding as if it were his own, and I truly believe this.
