Don't waste your time or your money. You'll never be able to find parking. Expensive and there's better gyms (OPG)

They've got a cold plunge, a killer gym to sneak in a workout, and some really fun packages--VIP includes all-you-can-eat pizza (surprisingly delicious ), garlic knots, candy, and snacks. The water obstacle course is a riot--falling in front of everyone only adds to the fun . Seriously, such a fun way to hang out, get moving, and enjoy a little playful chaos with the beach vibes in the background. Highly recommend if you're ready to laugh, splash, and maybe take a few epic dives.

We love the pool, obstacle course, and amenities (showers, etc). We arrive at opening and always find parking. Here's why I'm giving 3 stars and may not renew my pass for next year. The fun you have is dependent on who is on staff that day. I don't know what happened between this year and last, but this year is not great. Some lifeguards and people at the desk are so rude. On one hand, I'm sympathetic because I know these jobs can be seasonal and you have to train new people, deal with customers, safety, etc, etc. But they create so much confusion and then they're rude when you follow the rule someone else on staff gave you. Then you tell them another person told you to do that and they act like you pulled this info out of your own butt. Last time I was there, I was going back and forth from the pool to the desk because the lifeguard and desk staff couldn't agree on whether my kids needed wristbands. Like I said, if this is just confusion between newer staff, that's fine, I feel for you. But they were both SO rude about it and were getting annoyed with me ‍ This is just the recent example, but it's now probably half our visits that there's some weird triangulation between me and two staff members telling me different things. There are some people who work here that are awesome and friendly. When they do swim tests, they speak clearly to the kids and give instructions/expectations clearly. They're straightforward and friendly when we check in. I think he might be a manager (he wears the pit vipers and has facial hair), he's super friendly although I don't see him that much any more. Sorry I don't know their names, but always relieved when they're there (and coincidentally they all seem to be on the same page with the rules/expectations ).

I've done CrossFit for a few years, I felt stuck in a rut, and needed to try something new. To me performance 360 is a hybrid kind of similar to CF.. but different/ better. Don't get me wrong I still have a love for CF In class we, Warm up first, Lift, and Workout Timely structures in class/group setting OB location- coach Johnathan Kenion. He's energy and coaching is amazing. Professional, personable, and enthusiastic. PB location -coach Lenny Weiner. He was so welcoming, professional, and helpful. NP location -coach Jordan Tuzon. Super nice, professional, and motivating. All three coaches were great! All with different teaching styles. I absolutely enjoyed all three coaches and locations. I'm so impressed with all three locations, coaches, and my experiences. So excited to try all of the other coaches. If you're on the fence, just try a class.

The sled was a lot of fun as my current gym does not have one. The stretching room was a standout, offering assisted stretch machines along with open floor space for mobility work. The Chill Zone is an additional premium amenity--members receive one complimentary session per month, with additional sessions available for $20. Love the Chill Zone - just wish it was included in the membership instead of $20 a session (you do get one free session per month which is nice). The infrared sauna is a great warm down! Grateful for this community and excited to try out more classes. Just wish there were more offerings, the classes I like are only offered once a week.

The owner Kat was also the instructor. She was very thorough in her instructions before getting started so everyone was clear on what to do at each station. There were 3 exercises at each of 4 stations covering all the bases, leaving you spent after each one. Kat provided tips and motivational quips throughout which was super helpful. The other ladies in the class were friendly and welcoming. This is a 3 story boutique gym with even the 1st floor indoor area open to the outside allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and breeze from the nearby ocean. There are amazing views of the sunset over the ocean from the 3rd floor. Here's the best part, I happened to be there on a night where they were having a wine tasting social on the 3rd floor from 5:30pm-8pm. Kat and her assistant put out a lovely spread, both generous and tasty. Members brought bottles of wine to share while socializing and making new friends. It was such an awesome way to bond with this little community, which is something Kat really prides herself on. It's not just a gym but like a second home, somewhere you enjoy going to not just rushing in to grab a workout and get out. Check this out if you're in the area, you'll be glad you did! I know I'll definitely rely be back.
