I found Fit Results on a Groupon 5 years ago when they first started in the South Loop and have been a community member ever since. Now, there's a Logan square location and I'm happy to see the gym growing! There are different kinds of bootcamp classes that are more strength oriented and some that are more cardio focused using rowers, air bikes, spin bikes. All classes involve strength training using barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells. If the weather is nice, expect to do short runs outside on the sidewalk. Pros: the training team is very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely motivating. They'll push you in a way that isn't intimidating and every workout is fun and different. The membership price is relatively much cheaper than comparable style Bootcamp gyms in the city. Cons: this isn't the kind of place that gives you towels, has strobe lights, or anything fancy. But at the same time, that's not what I'm looking for and it helps keep the overall cost down. Overall, this gym has a great community feel and everyone is very friendly. This is the gym I never knew I needed. Classes are one hour in length - starts with a warm up and then follows up with 45-50 mins of strength training, circuits, cardio, core, etc. Paul changes it up every single day and the workout playlist is also so good. I love it and my only regret is not joining sooner. I've been telling my friends to come work out here. If your looking for a high intensity workout look no more! Fit Results has the equipment, workouts and coach to keep you motivated. I attended the grand opening just to check this place out and this place is just what I was looking for. The class is broken into different sections from plank ropes, dumb bells, band row, sled and ball slams (which were two of my faves). Paul (Fit results trainee) modeled each section/workout to the class to make sure we the proper posture. After modeling each workout, we began with a warmup followed by the HIIT workouts. If you are a beginner don't get intimidated because all the exercises are modifiable. It was an hour of sweat, targeting the whole body! I woke up the next day, SORE! Long time Fit Results member of the South loop location, I finally had a chance to visit their Logan Square location and take one of their classes. I'm glad they carried over the fundamentals of what set their gym apart from all the 'cookie cutter' gyms in the South Loop. There are literally classes for everyone depending on your goals. I usually don't like to do a lot of high intensity training but, but I saw there was a new gym in the NBRHD and I said what the heck I'll try it out. So i signed up for a class on their grand opening. We started with a little warmup and by the end I was pretty gassed. That was before they showed us what we would actually be doing. When they showed us the actual exercises at first it was intimidating. But once the trainers broke everything down, and gave us tips and correct form the whole thing wasn't bad at all. What I really liked was how engaged each trainer was in making sure we complete the task at hand. They were very encouraging, and with me each step of the way especially when I wanted to slack off on a set. Although this is a brand new gym the pedigree they took from their other location really showed. It didn't feel like this was a grand opening it felt familiar and each trainer was seasoned in getting the best out of all the other students and myself. Especially Paul the head trainer. Super friendly and he made you feel you can do all the workouts no matter how tired you are. I highly recommend Fit Results Chicago, all the pain I felt the next day was well worth it. read more

I seriously love this gym. Right after the covid-19 pandemic quarantine, I went in search of a gym that provided outdoor workout classes. I have been to the south loop location a couple years back but the class was so intense that I couldn't muster up the courage to go back. I know, I'm a wuss. BUT my friend and I decided to go and give the Logan square location a try. We bought the unlimited month and have pushed ourselves to go 4-5 days a week. The difference I have seen in my body is unbelievable! And it's only been less than a month! Waist is smaller, abs are coming in, everything feels tighter. The workouts are different everyday which is what I appreciate. One day, it's butt and legs, and the other, it's arms and abs. Some days it's totally body (even though I feel like every workout is total body)! Paul is such a great trainer. He gives great tips throughout the workout and shows modifications. He will individually correct people's form which I find is rare in a workout class! It really shows that he cares about the people taking the class! He's motivating without being pushy. No matter your fitness level, I def recommend Fit Results! Go at your own pace and pause to breathe whenever you need to! Then get back to it! read more

The energy in here is amazing. Yes the word amazing is overused but it's consistent with all 10 classes I've completed. Don't think I've ever repeated a work out in any of the 10 classes. This is a heavy hitter weight training gym. Work at your own pace and your own choice of weights but really challenge yourself and go heavier. The instructor will help you and so will your fellow work out buddies. Looks like everyone is from the neighborhood and extremely sociable. This isn't a stare at your phone gym. Fit Results is my favorite gym in Chicago! They have challenging classes, motivating coaches and it is a great community to be a part of. Paul manages the Logan Square gym and he is very charismatic and caring. He always goes out of this way to greet and engage new members. I cannot recommend this gym enough. The classes are challenging, the instructors are encouraging, and the people who go here are supportive and friendly. I worked out on my own for years but wanted to switch it up. A friend recommended this gym as she loves the South Loop location. I tried it and was hooked. The classes are never boring. I get an amazing workout every time and I see and feel the results. I am so happy I tried it and I bet you will be, too! Fit Results is awesome. Class availability is great and the coaches really know their stuff. I went from zero experience around compound lifts to being comfortable with things like deadlifts, jerks, cleans and others. I've been able to put on muscle and move my VO2 max up. They offer a few main classes, I mostly went to strength or conditioning classes. I'd recommend Greg if you want to go up in weight, Lou if you want to stress your cardio conditioning, Paul if you want to try something new like learning how to do handstand push-ups, or Megan if you want to focus on technique. I was never motivated enough for a good workout, I would go to the gym and stay an hour and leave. I never work out hard enough so never seen results. I was tired of driving to the gym in a rush hour and still deal with the parking. Throughout the entire COVID situation, the coaches have been very intentional about making sure the gym is following proper sanitation and hygeine guidelines. Hands down, the BEST gym I have attended in my life! Honestly I wasn't really a group fitness fan at first but decided to try this new neighborhood addition. It only took 1 class for me to completely fall in love with it. Trust me, their unpretentious, make-everyone-comfortable vibe will totally get you motivated everyday. Great addition to the north Logan Square area! I normally don't do high intensity workouts, but wanted to give it a try since I overheard people talking about it on the blue line one morning. Despite not working out in a bootcamp setting or even with heavy weights for over 2 years, I felt very comfortable and motivated during the entire class. Since then I've gone back multiple times as the class schedule is convenient for both morning and evening workouts. I stumbled upon Fit Results while walking past one afternoon and noticed that it was new to the neighborhood. After feeling stagnant from the work outs I was previously doing, I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by the owner, Paul, who is so warm and inviting. The first class I took was Bootcamp, which is a mixture of cardio, circuits and strength training. Fit Results- what can I say, it's hands down the best gym in Chicago. I can only evaluate it through a personal thank you letter - because it has gotten me through this pandemic- and I owe it so much gratitude, so here it goes: I just wanted to thank the coaches for always coming to class with such positive and supportive energy and never slacking on the intensity/absolute killer workouts for us- especially during this pandemic. When the gyms were closed, Coach Paul and Coach Lou made sure we had home workouts to kick our butts in our very own living rooms- and they were tough! It's really easy to focus on my own personal obstacles during this pandemic - and I probably come to class wearing it in some shape or form. I'm inspired by the coaching staff and their ability to not only show up with their incredible energy (and a round of applause at the end of our workouts *cough cough Coach Kirsten*) but to continue to build others up when they themselves are living through this pandemic- faced with their own obstacles and life decisions. Beside the amazing coaching staff- I just wanted to reflect on working out at Fit results in general and how much peace I've been finding during this pandemic. This virus plays an unfair game - I've had friends who have lost loved ones and employment. I find myself so angry at something that I cannot see. And I am faced with the unfairness of the world. I see the disparities, I see the injustices and it's difficult to not harden to it all. But, that's why I love this gym. In a chaotic world where I feel completely out of control, I find I can control the amount of weight I put on the barbell. I can control my ability to push myself a little longer on that damn assault bike- I can control my inner thoughts questioning whether I can finish the 5 rounds of grueling leg work that Coach Paul just announced with probably a mischievous smile behind his mask. I push myself harder and I'm rewarded- the work I put in, is seen in the reward I get out- and I'm competing against no one but myself. Fit results has become a place where I go to be better than the day before. It's the place Coach Greg will spend time with you to correct your form- it's a community that makes you feel supported by people who genuinely want to see you at your strongest and at your best. Amazing gym in the heart of Logan Square! I've been living in Logan for more than 2 years now, and have always been underwhelmed with the gym selection. I found FitResults on a whim by driving by it and seeing the space and figured I'd give them a try and I am SO glad I did. I have been doing HIIT and Spin classes around Chicago at different studios for years, but was looking to incorporate more heavy lifting and strength training in my regimen. Fit gives me the perfect combination of cardio and lifting that challenges me workout after workout. The classes and programming doesn't necessarily get easier, but you get stronger! The coaches are friendly and care to know your name and get to know you while providing safe instruction. Went to Paul's boot camp class today and I have to agree this is the best workout in Chicago- better than the fancy over priced boutique classes I've been taking in river north. It was challenging but not to the point where it felt impossible. I loved the energy from Paul and the entire group! I'm ready to go back and try some of the other classes - the triple 20 looks really interesting so that might be the next one on my list.
