My little lady and I was in the area and decided it would be a good time for Poke. She had never had it before and wanted to try. We searched for places to go and this came up. Although we were looking for more authentic places, we decided to stop here and they didn't disappoint. Fit Stop Eatery is a juice bar/healthy place that's a destination for people who workout as there is a gym near by. The atmosphere is very good. When you open the door they greet everyone with a friendly greeting. You then place your order at the counter. This place has Pole of course, but also had salads, juices and other items to complete or help with working out. The pole was delicious. We ordered the Big Island Bowl which comes with tuna, salmon, corn, avocado, mango, edamame, rice all topped with an eel sauce... but substituted the salmon for crab. I should have substituted it for more tuna because the tuna was awesome. We also had a fit protein shake called the Wopbobaloobop lol. All in all very good. read more

The store front is located in a nice place. Easy to get to and lots of parking spaces. I was excited to go in as there was upbeat music outside the front door and once I went inside, the employees greeted me with a smile on their faces. I ordered two smoothies and an acai bowl for myself and two friends. The food was prepared quickly and they even waited for my arrival to blend the smoothies. The strawberry banana acai bowl was all melted by the time I picked it up and made it back to my home. I ordered through Grubhub and added extra toppings which were forgotten on my order as well. It did not cost any extra money so I was not going to drive back to the store. Overall, I think that Fit Stop was okay given the current situation and the items I ordered. It might be better if you received your food and begin indulging immediately. I will probably give it another try in the future when I am able to sit down in the store front. read more

Their shakes are made with sugar free ingredients, water based and are low carb, low calorie, high protein flavor bombs! Where else can you find a 32 Oz. Protein shake under 400 calories with 50-55 grams of protein? It's crazy! And the flavors are fun and unique. My personal favorites is the candy bar that tastes like a Snickers, and the Elvis Presley that has banana peanut butter and hazelnut! The memorabilia and collectibles made for a great eating environment and cater to a crowd most healthy fitness places don't cater to. It's very unique. The smoothie I got was a large and GIGANTIC. The Hawaiian chicken bowl I got tasted so good because it wasn't over the top with the sauce and proportions. It was a simple bowl and would drive out of my way for this place. I wasn't going to write a review but seeing as their ex employee nick's review was taken down I think it's justified now. Look, the place isn't the most horrible thing in the world but if you're looking for cool small business owners you're at the wrong place. The food is alright and it's probably the only thing on the menu with genuine macros. All of the shakes are claimed to be made with 1st phorm protein when indeed it's not. The açaí bowls are great but once again the macros and even the ingredients aren't correct. The açaí is just a big pack of blueberries from Sam's club no different than what you use at home. So with all of this being said there's also the occasional smell of spray paint, occasional arguing of the two owners (husband and wife) and if they just have a negative opinion of you when you walk in the door don't expect to be greeted with kindness. As for all of the employees everyone they've hired/ have hired has been amazing and are great with customer service but just know if the owners are "working" with them a portion of your tip to the employees is going to them. Was a great job with some great people but I cannot say the same for the owners of this establishment. Just go get your food/shake and don't try to build a relationship unless you want to be belittled at some point of the so called friendship. read more
