Upon inspecting the watch they lowered the price. They didn't damage the watch at all, which is always a concern of mine. The price was reasonable. This is an old-school jewelry store, which I like. There were 2 gentleman and a lady. They were all friendly and have a great sense of humor. They also repair jewelry and can reimagine heirloom pieces.
