Each area of the shop is well curated and items are displayed with thought and care (I thought the basement was organized well IMO). I spent about an hour and a half at Valley Vintage to hit all of the areas, and some time was devoted to flipping through their records. This was well organized and some good finds. I ended up buying a copy of the original soundtrack from The Man from U.N.C.L.E. on vinyl for around $13. It was in good condition and plays. If you like nostalgia and vintage shopping, visit this spot. You may find something one-of-a-kind that appeals to you.

They have huge sections of clothes (women/men/children), shoes, housewares, small appliances, media (video/music/books), toys, games, and even a small section with furniture. The prices are MUCH better than what I had recently seen at a different store. They do have a parking lot, which gets fairly busy, but I've always found a space. To drop off items for donation, you can just bring you car to the front of the shop, and there are large plastic bins where you can place your items. There is usually an employee there who can advise you, and can also give you a slip to fill out for tax deductions. Tip - If you do drop off items for donation, they have been giving out coupons you can use in the store too. We were able to get an additional 20% off this way!

The shop is located in an old house, which adds to the charm but limits those with mobility issues As the only way in are steep stairs. There is a nice selection of pocket books, clothing and accessories. The young lady who works there was very friendly and helpful. I purchased a pocketbook for my vacation and fell in love with another pocketbook but decided against buying it for the price. Ah, girls and their pocketbooks because I couldn't stop thinking of it! I came back the same day, before closing and ended up buying the second pocketbook for work. I put the pocketbook in my closet and left for vacation with the casual pocketbook. Well this morning before heading back to work, I decided to take it out and opened it to put my wallet in and saw it was damaged..ugh! Mind you, I should have inspected the purse further before buying it. But I was so happy with the first purchase that I didn't think to inspect the interior. The main floor is women's clothing and shoes, the floor below is children's and men's clothing. I was especially struck by the shoe section at this location as I found a pair of Sam Edelman boots and a bunch of Uggs! This location has a handful of dressing rooms which is helpful when thrifting. Again, like the other locations, prices are higher here than Goodwill type thrift stores, but I think it's worth it because the merchandise is trendy and in nice condition! Definitely worth stopping in!
